This place is great. Clean, friendly and very accessible. The prices are awesome. Ronnie is super helpful. Recommended options that made it all much cheaper than the other options for storage in town.

This place is the best! I shopped around a lot until and I came across this facility. The customer service is on point. Ronnie made my transition easy and pain less. I’m so glad I found them. I would recommend them to all!

I have been now little over 6 months with this storage and must admit that I’m absolutely happy with it, specially with the stuff. Ronny from the office is a super guy who is always ready to go out of his way to help as much ass possible if not more than that. Has a great common sense and understands one’s situation… A BIG THANK YOU RONNY. So yes, I absolutely recommend this storage to anyone and the prices are totally reasonable, don’t have to believe me tho just compare to other places.
Btw the experience with that old school elevator is just awesome

Central Storage is a great facility! Ronnie is always so kind, and helpful and if I’m ever late on a payment, Ronnie will personally call me himself to remind me and I’m never charged a late fee!
He gets that sometimes life happens and it’s easy to forget and loose track of time.
The price is very affordable and you can pay either over the phone (with no added extra charge) or in person.
I’ve never tried paying online so I’m not sure how that works but it’s never been an issue.
I’m now about to rent a second unit here with my friend. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I love Central Storage. I’ve been coming here for years… since 2012. It’s a really awesome building, with great management. Ronnie is there during the week & is so kind & helpful. I started with a larger unit on the 8^th floor, then two smaller units on the 2^nd floor after moving a few times. They have always been very accommodating in trying to help find the right sized unit for my needs.
I no longer have a need for a unit, but I still have my mailbox here. It has been really convenient, as I get packages sent here & don’t have to worry about them getting stolen from my outside my place (which has happened several times in the past).
This has got to be one of the best storage places in LA… Great location if you’re in Glendale or even Eagle Rock. Right off the 5… close to the Americana. Pricing is very reasonable.

Central Storage excels in easy access, cleanliness of the property and courteous staff. Pricing is extremely reasonable considering you do not have to travel to a dodgy industrial area to access your storage items.

I have used central storage 3 times now. First thing I liked is they offer deals when your first rent and the price is fixed. Not like the other places where they offer you one price and than it goes up after the first year. I may not use them for long periods of time. However I will definitely return to central storage again and again.

The facility is clean, even the restroom is decent. I have not encountered any problems with parking or moving my belongings to my unit on the sixth floor. The history of the building makes it an interesting place for storage as well.

Fantastic. Why? I’ll tell you. This morning I was panicking because I had no where to put my mattress, when I was looking into storage places, they were all way overpriced.
After checking out Unilocal,I found this place in a super convenient area. The actual facility is neat, from the 20s and the guy made me a deal in a matter of minutes for the same day. I was in and out in 20 minutes and the staff was really helpful.
It’s exactly what I needed and I will be going out of my way to recommend it to others!

Amazing place to store. Clean, temp controlled and the staff is super friendly and helpful!!! Recommend this place 100%. Also, in a safe location and lots of carts available to move stuff in and out of building.

I had a great experience with this storage due to it’s stuff. First time I called to get info and see if there was an available locker, Ronny answered to all my questions patiently. Then one of the stuff members accepted and registered us staying about 2 hours late after work hours. They are very nice and go out of their way to please their customers.
I recommend this storage to everyone!!!

I’ve been a customer of Central Storage for about three years, very happy with them. Very reasonably priced rentals and safe facility. Their staff is very helpful and friendly. The only downside is the elevator doors are very heavy and can be difficult to open, and you have to take everything up to your floor, but I’ll happily take a little extra work in exchange for the inexpensive rent and a very convenient location in Glendale. I definitely recommend them for those on a budget!

If I could give the Central Storage place more stars I really would. I’m not surprised to see so many positive comments about Ronnie as he has been nothing short of amazing to me from the first time I contacted them about using a locker through today when I had to move stuff back into storage. CA overall hasn’t been very sunny for me these past four years which is why I’m heading back East again. But, without doubt, the staff at Central Storage have been phenomenal and one of the true bright spots in my time out here. As someone else mentioned, unit access is readily available during reasonable hours every day of the week. But I never had any reason to need access outside of their regular business hours and, frankly, felt safer knowing that there was always someone staffing the place the times I did need to get in and out of the building. There are two loading docks so it is easy to either take your own smaller vehicle into the «driveway» dock or, if you have a larger moving truck, there is a loading door to a bay right beside the elevator. For storage in an urban area, I just don’t think you could find anyplace better than Central Storage!!! :-)

I love it here. Nice loading dock area and no one hogs it for too long. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Not knowing exactly the size I needed, They held 2 units for me for a week while I got my things in order. Price is right in line with other storage facilities, but this one Is in a much better location. Freight elevator, wide stairs, lots of light… Ohh and thy have a great intro deal. I was pleasantly surprised. If you need storage around Glendale, the chain places are not your best option. This is.

I stored my belongings at this facility for a year and I highly recommend this place for several reasons: clean, secure, friendly service, great location, easy loading, spacious elevator (one of the rare facilities to have a freight elevator), and exceptional price and value. The price is way better than competing places. Best storage facility in the LA area.

Ronny and the staff at Central Storage are amazing. My experience at Central started a year ago when I had to store a bunch of my possessions when I separated from my husband. Ronny showed me a several lockers in the size I requested but none of them were quite right– he kept looking and found a locker the perfect size and gave me a great rate. Central gives you the first three months at 50% off so that saved me a little $$. Then at the beginning of this year I needed a second locker to tide me over after I sold my house– again Ronny worked with me until he found me a locker that suited me needs and as with my first locker, gave me a great price.
If you want a storage locker that is open at two in the morning, this isn’t the place for you, but if you want great personal service and like supporting local businesses, this is the perfect place to store your things.

Been storing my stuff here for awhile now and I am very glad becouse it’s cheap clean staff wonderfully always helpful and very good to me with everything and I’m glad we found this place
