Haven’t seen any reviews from this year but this place has definitely gone downhill. Scheduled an appointment and the guy didn’t show up. Called a week later to get someone different to come out and asked why the first guy didn’t come. The response was I wasn’t home, which isn’t correct as I was home the entire day. Nobody called, knocked or rang the doorbell. Second guy (Carlos) did much better in calling with a status on ETA. He got there, measured showed samples. I asked for a quote of Carpet for the main house and pricing for both tile and linoleum for the kitchen (So far so good). Received the carpet and tile quotes a couple days later. Asked for the quote for linoleum, a total of 4 times now. Did get a response on my second email he’d have it that day, a week ago. Subsequent emails have not been responded to. Looks like I need to find a new place to get my carpet and tile or linoleum installed from. If they can’t even get you a quote or respond to emails for your business, I’m guessing the work and product won’t be much better… If the customer has to chase a company down for the business there is a problem. I see great reviews from 2013 and some from 2014, guess the good employees left.

GREAT!!! Avo at the Glendale store has great taste and people skills. The guys that do the floors are professionals. Financing is available through Mohawk/​GE; No interest for a year. So that was a one stop shop. The prices are competitive, but the work is superior. I’ve hired flooring guys in the past, but Avo and his crew were by far the best experience that I’ve had. Avo also helped us coordinate material selection not only for the floor, but kitchen counters, fireplace facing, tile floors. Really terrific; couldn’t be more satisfied. My wife is very happy to work with these fellows, and that gives me peace! Thanks, guys!

The biggest bunch of inexperienced, lazy, bait and switchers that you are ever going to run across. If you want a total mess done to your house with inferior quality products, this is the place for you. Had work done over six years ago and am still regretting that decision every time I see my disgusting carpet.

They were great. From the moment we walked into the store till the installers finished. 110% satisfied.

We had our carpets done with Carpet Wagon. Unbelievable service. Avo is a great collaborator and the service and friendly care is just fantastic. We were also looking at doing hard wood floors with them. We could not decide on the right flooring, so Avo ordered a box of flooring for three different options. He put them together so we could see a much bigger sample of how the flooring would look. He did this all on his dime.
Really a pleasure doing business with this family run company.

When I call for the online promotion, he told me that $ 2.97 per sf is for material and installation. Also, I asked for demolish cost and he said it would be minimal. However when the at home sales came to measure the home, the guy said different. Estimate was around $ 12,000 for about 1,200 sf. It’s about $ 10 per sf. What is this? A joke? How $ 2.97 become $ 10? It was waste time for me to make an appointment with this company for in home measurement. 1 star is too great for this company.

CARPET WAGON IS THE BEST!!! I have dealt with Avo and Carlos on several occasions and have nothing but wonderful things to say. We did a couple big jobs and everything went without a hitch. The prices are very competitive. The customer service is stellar. The end-​result was perfect.
Please do yourself a favor, disregard the negative reviews and give these guys a shot. They are good, honest people. You will not be disappointed.

Overall I was pleased with the work. Avo worked with me on the price and helped me find something that would work great within my limited budget. I did a lot of searching around and this was definitely on the lower end in terms of cost. The installer came and installed in a timely manner.
The installer came and we realized the order was incorrect (I had ordered padding and the installer was told I did not). I called Carlos (I think was his name) at Carpet Wagon and he fixed the issue immediately without any additional cost to me. The installer picked up the padding and came back to do the job on the same day.

Iam a first time shoppers of Carpet Wagon. I very impressed. Avo was very personable. very calming not pushy. and most of all very knowledgeable of all there products in the store. i had gone to several places, found places a little cheaper, but the help, knowledge, and working with me on all angles sold me. Will definitely use them again. Have other apts. to repair. Very very happy. Manny

Affordable prices, great service. Avo and Carlos are the ones to see if you need carpet, sea grass or pre-​finished flooring.

saw this add for unbelieveble deal for carpet so i went in… dude was a grafter and a bad one at that. $ 300 for instalation. Pull the other leg and it plays jingle bells. CRIMINAL… STAY AWAY! and thats minus 1 star not a star

Picked out a nice color carpet that matched my new paint. Got it installed two days later. These guys really know their stuff. The installers moved the furniture gently like it was their mother’s! Even the really heavy sideboard. Everyone was really nice to us.
I Smile at it every time I walk on it. Even the threshold between the carpet and the kitchen looks great!
Because the carpet was less than my budget, I’m getting the bathroom floor done next!

After having a terrible experience with a jobber in looking for some inexpensive carpet for our office, we came here and couldn’t be happier — fair price and were able to work with our budget, and get it installed the very next day. The gentleman that assisted us was very friendly, and we felt comfortable dealing with them — and we were gun shy after just being scammed by another «company.» The carpet looks great — great value for the $$$.

You don’t want to deal with these people — horrible business practices.
The salesperson at the Glendale location, Joe, has a rough way of speaking and dealing with his customers and not listening to their needs.
When I placed my rug order, he required that I pay the full amount upfront. I said that it would have been preferable to pay just a deposit until the rug came in, but he replied that it is their policy, so I went along with it. He said it would take a week, maximum, for the rug to come in and that they would call when it was ready. Well 9 days later, I had not heard from them and called to check on the rug. He sounded confused like they had lost my order and that he would call me back. A few hours later, he said it would be ANOTHER week — I was frustrated because I had guests arriving that week. Well, I called back on the day it was supposed to arrive and he pushed it back another 2 days. UGH! This was not a complicated rug, either! When I finally got it, 2.5 weeks after I placed the order, the rug was poorly bound at the edges — not happy.
Save yourself the frustration and stay away from Carpet Wagon!

Absolutely the worst people I’ve done business with in a long time!
I go in, I pick out the floor I want, the guy I’m working with tells me how much it will cost. I ask about the terms and he says I will need to leave a deposit for the floor and it will take 3 to 4 days to get it into the store. Fine. I give him my credit card for the deposit and he goes to run it. He gives me the receipt to sign and it’s twice as much as he originally said. i question it and he claims that he told me that much and he’s giving me a discount on the floor. I figure I must have misheard him and I sign the slip since I’m late for a kid birthday party, and in a rush and not in the mood for a hassle.
Now the floor is supposed to be in on Wednesday and I’m putting the floor down over the weekend. He’s supposed to call me. On Wednesday, no call. Thursday still no call. Friday he calls to tell me that they just sent the guy out to pick it up and they can’t get it. Now, mind you, I’m not sure why they sent the guy out AFTER the time they said I could pick it up, but they did. So here I am 12 hours before installation time with no floor. And that’s where the problems really begin.
The next day I ask my husband to swing by and get the refund for the deposit. He calls them up and they say sure, no problem. He gets there (now this is way out of the way from where he is to begin with) and they can’t give him a deposit on the credit card because it’s a Saturday. Huh? They can collect money on a Saturday, but not return it. I call them up, now somewhat annoyed. The (same) sales guy is rude, belligerent and talks over me the whole time I’m on the phone with him before he hangs up on me.
My husband gets home tells me, the (same) sales guy says there’s no problem, he would run the credit card on Monday for the refund and it’s all taken care of. I somewhat forget about it, and by the time I check with my CC company another week and a half has gone by. No refund on my credit card. My husband calls and gets another lame excuse. Now he’s mad too.
It’s about another week and two more attempts before they finally get me a check. Luckily my husband finally found a reasonable person to deal with who refunded the money, but what a hassle! Who knows whether or not it will clear yet either!
Stay away from these guys. At least one guy there is dishonest, rude, aggravating and all around difficult to deal with. I haven’t experienced customer service that bad… maybe ever…
