Well if you want assembly line medical care, and no solutions this is what you can expect at Cardiac Solution.
Had been a patient of this medical practice since 2009, when I found myself in the ER at Del Webb Hospital in what was called A-​Fib.
Many more episodes of A-​Fib, A-​Flutter, PVC’s Tachycardia, and other arrhythmia’s always waking me out of sleep in middle of night. At one point I ask my Cardiac Solution Physician why this was always happen in the middle of night. His reply was that when most heart attacks happen between 11pm-​3am.
Honestly Cardiac Solution did zero to find the root cause of my electrical problem, and at one point their Electro-​Cardiologist suggest a ablation. Yes they did testing but ever test was done in their office.
Their assembly line medicine involved being seen by a PA or Nurse Practicer, and then the real doctor would pop in for a minute or two, and on to the next patient
Finally in 2015 I began thinking there has to be something causing all of these middle of the night episodes after another night in the ER.
Went cross town to another group of Cardiologist that were recommended for just a second opinion. This group is diagnosticians, interested in finding cause, not just doing triage and keeping you coming back to making money billing your insurance, and getting your co-​payments.
The new cardiologist spent 40 minute with me listing to my history, examining me, looked at old ekgs & records. In 10 minutes the new doctor smiles saying I think I know what is the problem. Sleep Apnea causing lack of oxygen was triggering my heart’s electrical problems. He did a bunch of tests, change medication, later a sleep study overnight in a sleep lab confirmed I have server obstructive sleep apnea.
Now I use a Auto-​PAP at night, and have not been hospitalized since using the Auto-​PAP.
Wonder why the doctor at Cardiac Solution never explored seeking the cause of & behind the electrical problems? Thank goodness they did not kill me.

My Dad was a patient there, did not find his blockages until he had heat attack waited 24 hours to take him to cath lab needed quad bypass a year later CHF was worse, took him to hospital three times before anything was done, he felt he was being sent home to die, which is what happened in May. I filed a complaint with hospital in Feb 2015 the hospitalist called me and blamed Dr. P Patel for not proceeding with the pacemaker and defib sooner and the Medicare system. His regular DR told my dad to get a new cardiologist twice but my dad had given up. After talking to a former CNA I would not refer anyone there. My dad met the criteria for the pacemaker/​defib a month sooner and soon and been seen regarding the fluid built up instead of the CHF clinic. His regular DR ended up treatin him and was going to call Dr.P.Patel to see if he would see him sooner, then 3 months. This is not the place to go if you have serious heart issues.

Cardiac Solutions provided exceptional service and medical advice to my Grandmother (who required a cardiac consult in preparation for an aneurysm-​related operation). We were granted an appointment with very short notice, and taken care of in a very timely, efficient and friendly manner upon arrival for our appointment.
Dr. Raman had a very warm and comforting yet professional, direct nature while conducting his assessment and translating his advice back to my Grandmother (the patient). He used a bit of light humor to put her at ease, and clarified the importance of his advice while not exaggerating the urgency of next steps. Finally, he escorted us to the scheduling department to ensure that the correct tests and follow-​up appointments were coordinated; he also contacted the necessary surgeon to relay the results of his assessment.

Reviewing a medical office is a bit of a challenge due to the variety of ways we see our health care providers. In the case of Cardiac Solutions, this is an easy five star review! Dr. Caplan and his team make up an incredible pool of talent that has seen me through some rough times medically. I would whole-​heartedly (no pun intended) recommend that anyone in need of cardiac treatment seek out Cardiac Solutions.
No real down sides although one thing I do find funny — most of the office staff is very used to dealing with older clients. So when you are a younger guy and they talk slowly and loudly it kind of makes ya laugh. :)
