Our business energy coaches initially help our business clients to understand the underlying psychological and energetic roots to business challenges, take responsibility for the results of their unconscious creations, and learn to become conscious business leaders capable of managing their energy for their and their business’s benefit. We are always experiencing a reflection of our energy, and when we learn to interpret this correctly, transform what is unhelpful, then intend positive outcomes, it leads to quantum leaps in enjoyment of life and success in business.
We also work with larger businesses to dramatically increase staff engagement by aligning leadership and staff subconsciously with the business’s most inspiring vision. This greatly improves staff and business performance and avoids the typical 50−70% loss of business energy and performance due to misalignment.
History
Established in 2007.
Business Energy Coaching was established as the business coaching division of Life Energy Coaching in 2007. The processes used today in Business Energy Coaching are the culmination of research and development started in 2003 by co-founders Shirley and Murray Ansell.
Meet the Business Owner
Murray A.
Business Owner
Murray Ansell grew up in New Zealand, where he earned a bachelors degree majoring in Accounting, and worked in public accountancy for a «Big 4» firm, and in investment banking and commercial banking for New Zealand’s largest bank. Since settling in Los Angeles, Murray has owned import and new product commercialization consulting businesses prior to co-founding Life Energy Coaching in 2005.
This change of direction came from discoveries he made about the power changing one’s energy can have upon one’s life (and business) experience. Business Energy Coaching brings the benefits of these discoveries to those who want a fast track to business success, enjoyment and quality of life.
