Broadway Dental

I’ve been coming to Broadway Dental for years and couldn’t be more pleased. Not only is the staff professional, they really make you feel welcomed. If you’re in the market for a new dentist; I’d highly recommend ending your search here.

Broadway Dental is great. The people there are nice, friendly, and good at what the do. I went there just to get teeth whitening trays and ended up changing dentists because of how much I liked it. Definitely recommended.

This office is by far one of the nicest and caring offices I have ever visited as a patient. I came in with an emergency and they handled me with kindness, efficiency and great work. If you are looking for a new dentist… this is the place.

Broadway Dental has a welcoming atmosphere and a patient staff. They take time to discuss your needs and make sure you’re comfortable at all times. They do have rotating dentist so I didn’t see the same person for everything, but overall a pretty smooth and comforting experience.

For a person who hates the dentist, I can say I actually like them here.
I’ve moved around with different dentists a lot because of insurance changes but Broadway Dental is probably the only dental office that has approached my entire mouth’s health and examined every single tooth besides the usual x-​rays.
Although my extensive treatment plan was overwhelming and scary, I actually felt like I could trust they were recommending what was best for me. Tracy also helped me figure out a payment plan that could make it a little more bearable. They also offered me a free teeth whitening which I’m looking forward to getting!
Anyway, all my work has been done by Dr. Matian who is really nice and funny! I almost don’t dread dental visits now but that anesthesia shot gets me every time.
There also isn’t much of a wait before an appointment which is great and atypical of a dental office. :)

I’ve been a patient of Broadway Dental for many years and I’m very happy with the services and the staff. Everybody is friendly, professional, and most of all, very competent. They’ve never tried to sell me stuff I don’t need and there’s never an excessive wait time to see the dentist or hygienist. I highly recommend Broadway Dental Office if you’re in the Glendale or NELA area.

I’m now done with all my dental work, I really love coming here. One of my visits fell on my birthday and they gifted me teeth whitening!!! The staff here is simply the best.

This place is awesome! I was in the market for a dentist when one day some of the hygienists were going around to local business offering an extremely good teeth whitening promotion, so I bought it on the spot! Once I came in for my appointment for the whitening trays, I inquired about getting my teeth cleaned and few other cosmetic questions. They gave me an appointment the very next week for a cleaning and Tracy checked my insurance and found out that I had full and partial coverage for the cosmetic questions I inquired about! It’s been about 5 months since I’ve started going to Broadway Dental and I am about 75% complete with my Invisalign trays and I could not be more happy with the service here at Broadway Dental and with my work-​in-​progress new smile! Very grateful for working with me on my payment plan. Moving forward to the next step on my TMJ treatment. Dr. Sadeghi, Tracy and the rest of the staff are constantly making an effort to make me feel valued as a patient. I have heard horror stories about other dental clinics. I recommend checking out this place for your dental needs.

Accepts insurance but adds so many other things. $ 100 surcharge if appointment not cancelled 48 hours in advance. Too expensive and did not perform everything we paid for. Am paying additional for different dental plan so I can go back to my original dentist.

I had avoided the dentist for years just because of my fear of any pain/​dental work and I truly never felt comfortable with any dentist, and then I met Dr. Kim and she completely changed how I feel about going in. She makes me feel super comfortable and she is also very knowledgable. She cares about her patient’s comfort and well being. Thank you so much! I’m so pleased with this office as the girls in front/​assistants always are friendly and have a smile on. Tracy, the dental consultant, has been super helpful and knowledgable as well so I definitely recommend speaking to her if you have any questions. I’m very grateful and happy that now I can visit my dentist without any hesitation.

I have to say, this dental group restored my faith in dentistry. Many people don’t like going to the dentist. I LOATHE going to the dentist. I put it off for way too long until I have no choice than to deal with the pain.
Well, the time arrived where I was in so much pain I had little choice but to find a dentist. My insurance didn’t offer me many options so I visited a few places. I liked the look and feel of Broadway Dental and decided to give them a try. My consultation and first visit went well. Scheduled time for my first appointment and went over insurance info with Tracy, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, btw.
1^st appointment: I was SO STRESSED. Dr. Kim gently worked on my teeth. She was careful to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. Tears rolled down my cheeks during the first 10 minutes as I waited for the inevitable jolt of pain — which never happened. I inwardly fretted until she cheerfully exclaimed, «Okay, we’re done! «I couldn’t believe it.
The subsequent visits were equally uneventful. HALLELUJAH!!! I love Dr. Kim. She is an expert in her field. Maria, Tracy and staff are courteous and professional. Recently went in for a deep cleaning and it was great! NO PAIN. Thanks to Dr. Kim, I love to floss now.
These glowing remarks are things I never imagined saying about a dentist office. I have read other reviews and we are all different with individual outlooks and experiences in life but I can honestly say that this dental office has made a positive impact in my life and I am so grateful! I don’t hate the dentist’s office anymore. I kind of like it, actually. Crazy, wonderful and true. Broadway Dental, my teeth love you. ;)

About two months ago I came for a teeth whitening treatment, which was on special. Since then I loved their service and that’s why I decided to get a dental cleaning and treat for my tmj. My dental cleaning was painless and dental staff member who did it was very sweet.
Dr. Pira Sadehi has been treating me for my tmj, prior to start treatment I was suffeing from strong headaches and neck pain. Now, over a month after starting treatment I am almost pain free. She is extremely knowledgeable, who specializes on treating TMJ. What I love the most is that she also takes her time to educate me on how my muscles work and affect my jaw joints. She has a lotnof patience when encourages me to continue wearing me ortho-​appliance and discuss my care plan.
In the past I had other dentists who treated me for tmj, who failed to help me to improve this condition. I am truly happy and thankful with everyone at Broadway Dental for showing such caring atmosphere.

Don’t even consider this place. IT IS A SCAM. They will pretend they take your insurance then quote you $ 2000. They will also try and sell you a credit card. Apparently this place used to be ok. But I assure you, it is not anymore! So gross that people like this even exist.

Had an appointment for 3:00. At 4:00 I was still sitting in the waiting room. Went up to the counter to inquire what was going on. Was told it’d be another half hour, and that I could come in tomorrow instead. That’s very disrespectful of my time. After doing my X-​Rays they said that they couldn’t tell if I had cavities, but that if I paid for a $ 600 cleaning procedure that my insurance does not cover, THEN they could tell me if I had cavities. I am on Medicaid! I came for help. Not to be milked. To add insult to injury, the doctor kept trying to sell me orthodontics and emphasizing that my teeth don’t look good. The technician Tina was very kind. Everyone else can kick rocks.
The doctor has responded to my review with LIES. I went to a different doctor one week later. The new doctor gave me a cleaning, and filled my cavities, and charged my insurance, just like a normal doctor who cares should do. Broadway dental tried to tell me I had to pay out of pocket for these services, and that was not true. These people are not here to help, they’re here to make money, even if it’s defrauding people on Medicaid. Avoid this place unless you like being treated like a turd. It’s a shame that a place like this exists. I have reported them to my insurance as well as the proper overseeing authorities.

What a Nightmare! I go in to have a tooth pulled, which didn’t happen, spent over an 1 hour total sitting in the waiting room. Then directed to a Endodontics office, who after arriving found out didn’t take my insurance. Had to find one on my own. Maria was not helpful at all dealing with the situation, when I called her out on failing to assist me she hung up. Then she had someone else try and call to fix her mistake.
Maria is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. She offers to assist you, and then doesn’t deliver.
The dentist, Kim that I chatted briefly with seemed nice. She was in and out within 5 minutes.
I have had better experiences at the DMV.
As you can see from the reply done in poor taste below. I did not go to this dentist for a root canal, as I tried to make aware to the staff, there would have only been about a 10% success rate with the canal. So hell bent on getting my money they neglected to listen and even after writing the comment they still have not heard what I had to say. This is why I was will not refer anyone to them and I also filed a formal complaint to my Insurance.
Your team also over extended what they can do to assist customers. THat is not kindness, that is poor management.
Change to Glendale Dental Art! So much better. I have had everything handled with zero hiccups.

This place is very organized, where you not only get an email but also a text message about your appointment reminder. The staff are professional and super friendly. I don’t usually say this about a dental place, but I’m always excited on what is going to be done on my teeth every appt. Really, this place deserves a thumbs up because I’ve never been consistent with a dentist until this one. :) very satisfied!

Been coming here for almost 5 years now. Staff is excellent and very kind. Tina is the nicest and sweetest assistant in the building! Haha.

Very professional and skilled dental work. Painless, efficient and thorough. Would recommend to anyone.

Feel free to message me for more details, but the bottom line is they overcharged me, for work I didn’t need, and that I very soon after needed to have re-​done (and re-​pay for, by a different dentist).

P. P. S. I think it speaks for itself, but the response below further demonstrates that they are disrespectful, are happy to charge as much as they think they can get out of you, and take no ownership of shoddy work.

The work on my teeth seems to be fine thus far. I don’t think the work they do there is bad. I was a little annoyed that at my second to last appointment the dentist was going in between patients and didn’t seem to do as thorough a job as she did before. But overall it was fine.
It is convenient that they are open till 7pm some days.
With all that said, I won’t be coming back here. Everyone seems fake nice and overly paternalistic in explaining things to me. My gut instinct says not to come back here and that I was viewed mostly as sales target and not as a patient. I had pre-​paid for some services via care credit so I felt like I had to keep coming back to finish up those services.
Also my biggest advice is just double checking with your dental insurance about pricing and what they cover, etc before you commit to anything. I got talked into getting some things done and signing up for care credit at my first appointment without looking into as much as I should of. That is my bad of course.
Like I said, not a bad experience but I am hoping to find better out there.
