Bravo String Quartet

I hired Bravo String Quartet for my proposal on November 7^th. I am very happy with the service they provided. They were cooperative, reasonably priced, and punctual, and of course the music was played beautifully! They even came to meet me at the actual proposal location a week before, just to make sure everything would be perfect. On the day of event they arrived early, dressed in gorgeous formal attire. My fiancée and I will be hiring them for our upcoming wedding and plan on recommending them to others.

Used them several times now and always very happy with them. Super courteous, great performance and caters to our requests every time. They respond super quickly to requests, and always in such a professional and warm way. A real pleasure to work with, even for last minute requests, and our go to for performances!

I hired Bravo Strings for my outdoor wedding at the Disneyland Hotel. They were very quick to respond my emails and questions. They have wonderful song selections on their website but I requested special songs to be played that they didn’t have on their song list. They were more than willing to play these songs all I had to do was find the sheet music for them which was not easy. I wish I would’ve known with more time that I had to supply them with sheet music for the special request songs I didn’t realize it was so hard to find the sheet music. They played beautifully, were on time, very professional and well dressed.
After the wedding however, I was told by guests that Bravo Strings made it seem like money was still owed to them. They asked my coordinator for their money who then went to my mother in law looking for payment. They had been paid 2 weeks prior to wedding and the only money pending would have been tips which in my opinion shouldn’t be asked for, it’s given for a service if you do a good job. This bothered me to hear so I’m changing their review from 5 stars to 3. To hear from my coordinator and guests that it seemed like we hadn’t paid for their service was not cool.

Bravo String was prefect! They were really friendly and helpful. I had a special request and they learn to play the song just for me and the wedding went perfect. I can’t say thank you enough! They were easy to work with and very professional. I will definitely recommend them for any events you will need for live performance.

Prices were reasonable but customer service was horrible. Didn’t feel comfortable sending the deposit without getting a signed contract and when asked to please send a signed contract so I can review was made to feel like I was dumb for asking. I got comments like” if u can’t trust us now how can u trust us doing ur wedding”. It was a simple request and I feel I have a right to ask since I’m not meeting these people till the wedding so I need to protect myself. I decided to go with a different company instead.

I recently hired Bravo Strings to perform at my home for a private birthday/​holiday concert. I was very impressed by their prompt response to my initial outreach for a quote. We discussed all the details on the phone and I was mailed a contract to book the date. The day of the event, the musicians arrived well in advance of their performance time in formal attire. The musicians are very talented and engaged my guests by taking requests. Everyone had a very memorable time listening to the intimate live performance of tunes ranging from Eleanor Rigby to Holiday classics and Andrea Bocelli tunes. They have an extensive selection of sheet music.
If you want to host a party and make a lasting impression on your guests, this is the team to contact. Highly professional, talented, respectful… the best! I felt like they were part of the family by the end of the evening!!!

Bravo String Quartet were amazing!!! They were on time, polite, professional, well dressed and played beautifully without one note out of tune! Thank you for being the highlight of my Baby Shower. Everyone of my guests loved it.
