Bistagne Bros Body Shop

After getting rear ended a friend reminded me of Bistagne Bros, which has been around forever. I took my ride there, gave em the insurance paperwork and it was that simple. Robert explained the process and they gave me a ride to work.
About nine days later, nearly exactly what they quoted me, they called because it was done. The work was perfect, and I mean perfect. You’d never know $ 7k in damage was done. It was beautiful.
Should I ever need a body shop again, Bistagne Bros is a no brainer.

I brought my mothers car to them because i had used this shop for my jeep a few monyhs ago. They are very friendly. I was out of town when the car was ready so they picked her up at home and brought her to the shop so she could drive her car home. She called me and was ecstatic about how her car looks brand new and everyone at Bistagne Brothers was so friendly. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs body work.

Where should I start? Bistagne Brothers really wow-​ed me today. I scratched a small part in the back of my car today and the first thing I did was drive straight to them! They were fast, nice and very efficient! I left their shop within 20 minutes with my car looking as new as ever. As if the scratch never even happened! I worked with Eddie, he was very kind and professional and helped me get out of there in no time. Felt great being treated like a priority! Will definitely recommend everyone I know to come here!

Just want to recommend this shop, they are fast and professional. Everyone was courteous and on top of their game. My car looked brand new when they finished. Bistang may cost a little more but don’t bother with anyone else in town. They will call Enterprise who will come and pick you up for car rental. So convenient and painless. Love these guys !!

We’ve brought our cars to Bistagne Bros. over the past 20 years. Each time the work quality, customer service and treatment has been top notch. There’s a reason they’ve been around this long. In addition, the major insurance companies trust them and readily accept their estimates. Can’t go wrong here.

Family owned business, quality work. They made the process seem-​less and easy, they dropped me off at the car rental place and even fixed my car audio aux without charging me extra. They gained a loyal customer, I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Robert B. and his guys do a good job. Robert sincerely wants to help and goes beyond what is the norm. He is honest and a pleasure to deal with. I am not afraid to recommend this body shop to friends and family.

Brought in a Cadillac Escalade to fix a bumper scratch/​dent. They didn’t match up the paint with the rest of the car and after 20 minutes of discussion, telling them that the paint job was abysmal and didn’t match the rest of the car, they reluctantly agreed to repaint the car (reminder that it is a $ 90k vehicle). We found the second attempt to be barely acceptable as you can see where they had to overspray to the quarter panels to try to ‘blend’ it in and cover up the transition points.
The whole time we worked with one or the other brother, they were rude and didn’t offer any exemplary customer service. They need to hire a more professional, friendly and talented manager to oversee things. Will not return to have my Mercedes fixed there.

Our insurance sent us here when I had an accident. They were very pleasant but after I drove for a while and noticed that my windshield washer fluid was empty, my husband filled it up and the fluid drained overnight. Our mechanic found that, instead of replacing the windshield washer canister, which had apparently cracked in the crash, they had glued it.
So not only did I have to pay the $ 500 deductible (in cash — yes, cash) but I then had to shell out $ 150+ for the windshield washer canister and its installation, which should have been covered under our claim.

The older gentleman in charge is insanely rude and told his son that it wasn’t worth their time to even bother writing up an estimate for the hood of my car and that he found it «hard to believe that a car wash actually made the damages to my car.» Insanely rude and unprofessional considering I was about to pay them a lot of money out of pocket to fix my car.

I chose the shop because of the reviews. The owners are extremely polite, and they are getting 4 stars because of their service. I was disappointed in the actual auto repair, because it took them several tries to fix. However, the owners were very accomodating and apologetic about the issue and ended up getting it right in the end. I’d use them again.

My husband and I have trusted the Bistagne brothers with several cars over the past 10 years. I am very particular about my cars and I have NEVER been disappointed. They are honest and take pride in their work.
Even after we moved out of state, I insisted we bring our car to them after someone hit us at the Portland airport parking lot. They are some of the best in the business!!!

This is the second time I’ve had my car repaired here. Amazing service and my car honestly looks better than it did before the accident. I’m so happy with their work and how easily everything with insurance was handled. What a great family owned business!

Came in this morning with a very bad ding on an expensive loaner car. Someone quickly looked at it and gave me two options: full paint job if I want it to look perfect for $ 800 or an attempt to touch it up for only $ 25! He did say the touch up wouldn’t be perfect, but they did a great job nonetheless. They did it on the spot too. Was VERY impressed with the customer service. Hopefully won’t need them, but found my body shop of choice should I need to return.
By the way, the facility was sparkling clean with a comfortable waiting area, not the image I had of a body shop.

Excellent customer service. My 2010 Prius looks better than ever. I will not hesitate to return for future body work needs.

I hate it when my car needs a body shop, but there’s no better place to go… when you need one. Bob and Chuck always take care of us. Their waiting room is spic and span. Free wi fi. It’s never fun or convenient to leave your car, rent a car, file claims, and so on – but Bistagne Brothers help do what they can to make it less stressful, more pleasant.

Guys… what about running a business — an AUTO business for that matter — for 40 years without closure do you not understand?
Bistagne is the top of the crop. The crème de la crème. The margarita you always dream of on a hot Friday afternoon. Don’t go anywhere else. You’re an idiot if you do.
I have had numerous cars worked on here in less than 12 years and every time it’s finished, it’s like picking my car up at Neiman Marcus.
Bob, Chuck, and Robert have always been honorable, direct, and trustworthy. The work is usually 110%. In other words, my car comes back in better condition than it when I drop it off. I recently had my Audi in for a hood and front bumper. The communication was consistent. The schedule spot on. The work great if not excellent. You can tell the staff likes working here, especially the worker-​bees that actually pound out fenders. They like it because there is pride in good workmanship and they know the Bistagne famly will keep new blood coming in with the way they do business.
If I ever have a tweak (and I have tweaks… I’m majorly OCD!) then Bob smiles and says fine. I lease cars so I have no business making 99 into 100 on my car, but I do it anyway. I want it perfect in an un-​perfect world.
I think what happens with these other 1 star reviews is that you A) don’t understand English 100% or B) have CRAZY expectations or C) BOTH. The lady who is mad she got a NEW bumper over an OEM is smoking something if she’s angry. Don’t you get it? Bob gave you an UPGRADE!
There are car repair men and then there is Bistagne.
Don’t take my word for it. Ask any dealership in Glendale. Ask the Enterprise driver. Ask your appraiser when he stops in. They all say. «Bistagne is by far the best».
Go there DIRECTLY from the accident. Don’t dick around with what your friends say. Go here. You’ll be glad you did. And look into the eyes of those men in the photos on the wall in the waiting room and you’ll see that integrity was their #1 mission then as it is now all these years later.

I was impressed with many 5star reviews and went there for repair estimate.
After waiting about 20 minutes, They told me repairs may cost up to xxxx $
I asked them if they could give me written estimate and gentleman who works there told me he is busy and wont be writing me any estimate. I’m very disappointed :(They will not earn my business anytime soon.

Bistagne Bros. literally made my month today in what is perhaps the most telling example of the universe correcting wrongs committed.
Last week, my car was unceremoniously hit by a jerk who then sped off after initially pulling over. Since I’d been getting out of the car, I didn’t have a chance to take down his plate number and as such, soon faced a $ 650+ repair bill.
Since I have a highish deductible, I opted not to go through my insurance and instead got estimates from 4 top local body shops. Bistagne Bros. was the only one who provided ALL my repair options, even if it cost them a possible sale. My Bistagne estimator suggested that since my damage was mostly superficial (no dents), I could elect to simply buff out the scratches and repaint without removing the bumper. Though the repair would not be mint factory quality, it would be nearly invisible to the naked eye. Total repair cost: free.
I don’t know why he offered it for free, because I would have gladly paid something and I would never want you to walk in with your car expecting a free repair, but I certainly, certainly appreciated it. The repair was done while I waited and though I offered, he declined and handed over my keys with a smile. Now that’s a fantastic business that will have my business, my family’s and friends’ business for years to come. Thank you for your honesty and awesomeness Bistagne!
