My husband and I recently bought a small retail center in Los Angeles, mainly filled with mom and pop style stores, and we decided to go with Baboudjian Properties for the management of our property. We invested a good amount of our funds into a retail center, and didn’t want to take any chances in managing it ourselves, so we went with a professional property management company to take care of it for us. Baboudjian Properties have been managing my properties for a while now and I can honestly say i’m finally at peace. They are true professionals that really make you feel at ease. Their prices are competitive and service amazing.

You would think a property management company wouldn’t be needed if you have a commercial property with triple net tenants, but on the contraire, with CAM calculations and multi-​chained tenants who have thorough push-​back capabilities, I needed not only a property manager who can handle shopping center management, but one who really grasps the understanding of triple net leases and CAM bill-​backs, while instilling a firm position as a property management company who is fair and balanced to both sides.

As soon as Jack came onboard, we started getting things done. In the past, our HOA spent a lot of time talking about what needed to be done, but our property management company would often lag. Jack helped us prioritize our needs and set an action plan for each project. He also has connections with reliable and high-​quality landscapers, contractors, plumbers, etc. in San Fernando Valley, so the bidding process always went smoothly and his recommendations came through for us without fail.
Baboudjian Properties was friendly, accessible, and most importantly, professional– exactly what we needed. The residents in our 22-​unit building knew Jack from seeing him at our meetings and often told me how impressed they were with the noticeable changes – from new landscaping to insurance plans to getting caught up on our taxes. Our HOA was a complete mess and in severe financial trouble. There was no order of conduct and the operations continued to be disastrous. We were never able to reach the previous management company, as they didn’t care.
