Time to update my original review unexpectedly. Our modem died and we had to have a new one installed. Then came the bill and nothing looked like the past months of service. On top of this, we hadn’t received a printed statement in two prior months, so back to the store to get things straightened out. It wasn’t our fault!!! Walking through the door I was quickly greeted by Phil G., who turned out to be one of the most dedicated customer service reps I’ve had anywhere, even when I was running a bank. We went over past history and he ordered a printed statement. When it arrived at home it was $ 16 higher than my monthly rate. Back again I went and an amazed Phil worked to restore the old service and price. It took a while but Phil was everything you want in a salesman, kind, communicative, knowledgeable, and most important successful. Thanks Phil and I wish you continued success!

Usually cell phone stores are the worst. Lets be honest long lines, expensive expensive products, contracts are long boring and uninteresting, and usually there’s the one incredibly annoying person wasting the cell phone store representatives time, sometimes the screaming children or a person with offensive odors ;). But! you know what they do have? Cool phones! anyway enough of that lets chat about this ATT store. This store has a crazy busy parking lot I find its actually easier to park on the street. Plenty of street parking when the parking lot is rocking. The store is very clean well organized. Features 2 kiosks to pay bill, upgrade phone, change your bill features etc so its nice you can skip the line to speak with anyone. Everyone I have dealt with here has been friendly, informational, and really helped maximize our family plan to get the most bang for the buck. I wont go to any other ATT store at this point I know where its att.
