Anytime Appliance Service

I wish I had checked Unilocal before scheduling service through Old Republic. Let me stress that we DID NOT get services performed because their technician could not come to do the repair on the scheduled date and time (waited 10 days to be told he wasn’t gonna make it). Really, my review is about the difficulty in communicating with the company, no call back to confirm, scheduling done by text (should be by phone by a professional company), and getting a voicemail every time I called. Better you go with another company.

Was referred to this company thru Old Republic Home Warranty. I’ve usually had positive experiences with their providers, and have issues resolved within 24 – 48 hours. I can’t believe how this company even stays in business. They have yet to answer the phone, and I’ve called seven times. While trying to resolve with Old Republic, even they couldn’t get them on the phone on any of the three occasions. Then, via an email thru Old Republic, Anytime Appliance notated I was scheduled for a Friday. However, I still have not been contacted nor do I have a time as to when I should expect the service call. Unbelievable that in one week, not a single person from Anytime Appliance has contacted me directly, returned a phone call or has answered a single call– straight to voicemail every single time. In my 20 years of real estate and property management, this rates among the worst of the worst. Avoid at all costs.
Update. 10-​21-​2015. I was able to change the service company thru the Home Warranty. When the new company came out, they were unable to service it, why? Because Anytime Appliance had left the dishwasher in multiple pieces, unassembled and a mess. I asked the technician (from Elite Appliances) if he or his company would ever leave a job in such a state. His response was, «No way, Of course not, never!» So, not only does Anytime not answer a phone, return calls or show up for service, they leave an unfinished job in shambles, so that the next person is unable to determine what is even going on, other than it’s a dishwasher with dismantled pieces all over the place. Unbelievable. I wish it was possible to give negative stars. By the way, still not a single reach-​out from Anytime Appliance.

What a poorly run company. You call and you cannot speak with a live person. They call you back and not right away usually 4 – 6 hours later. We made an appointment almost a week ago from 2:00pm-4:00pm. I took off work and waited. They called 5 minutes before 4:00pm and said the technician missed my work order and they have to reschedule me. Soonest they could get someone out was another week. They are horrible company.

Awful experience working with Anytime Appliance. I have attempted to schedule an Ice-​Maker repair for nearly two months now and contact with this company is next to impossible. I have to leave at least 5 VM’s and equally the same amount of emails before I will finally get a response back from Casey. Either more employees are needed to help with the schedule or a more reliable scheduler. This is NOT the way to run a reliable/​successful business.

Horrible customer service/​no service at all! Im a renter and my landlord has a service warranty, so I contacted BPG who referred me to Anytime Appliance. I needed my dryer fixed due to it not heating. I called Anytime and left a message. They called back and left me a message. We played phone tag a couple of times and then they texted me once. After replying, they stopped calling me back/​responding entirely. They had my phone number and my roommates phone number, so they could call either one of us. I contacted them about 7 times, leaving messages with no call back. The last time I called, I left specific details on there voicemail saying «Any day, anytime works for me. We do not need to actually connect and talk, just leave me a day and time the tech will be out and I will make sure I’m home. Call me back and leave me the details and I’ll call you back to confirm it works. Cost doesn’t matter, here’s my address _​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​. «
NEVER heard from them again! I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor would I ever attempt to contact them again. Needless to say, they didn’t fix my dryer and I havent heard from them to this day and this was 3 weeks ago!

Absolutely horrible, unprofessional, unorganized. Spoke with Casey on Friday to schedule «next day» service, which understandably would be on Monday «sometime in the afternoon, I’ll call to let you know exactly when.» So Monday, not hearing back, I call them, and am told my time will either be 10-​noon or noon-​2, but she isn’t sure which. So I head to my property and wait around, 2 comes and goes, another call. Oh. the service guy is really busy, hes running behind but should be there shortly. Continue waiting. Now 3:30pm, call again, no update, but she will call me back immediately to let me know how long he should be. No call, I call again at 4, Oh, he will be there any minute! Don’t leave to get food or a drink because you might miss him. Continue waiting. Call again at 5 minutes til 5, receive voice mail, «Sorry you have reached us after business hours.» Call the personal cell number I received on Friday, same thing. Like a fool I thought, MAYBE the guy was still on his way. Waited another 90 minutes. Yea… should have figured. Tuesday morning I get a call around 10am, Oh were not sure what appointment you thought you had with us, we would have spoken with you in person to confirm the time. And 2 seconds later, oh we had someone else with your same name but it wasn’t you. *WTFFFFFF*… but hey. they might be able to come out in a week, would that work?
Total joke of a company. MAYBE if they actually show up to your place, they MIGHT be able to do a great job. Laughable.

You DO NOT want to do business with this company!!! Paid $ 69 for them to fix the washer plug. Didn’t do it saying the plug was in perfect condition. I am not an electrician, but I know enough that «burnt, bulging and exposing white» on a black plug is a fire hazard and needs to be replaced. Amazingly, the technician from Anytime Appliance didn’t know that and left a faulty plug plugged into a live outlet creating a FIRE HAZARD!!!
They refused to fix it and I had to pay someone else to come out and fix it. Also refused to give me a license number which makes me question if they are licensed and bonded even though they claim they are. Can’t find them on the AZ BBB or Registrar office.
THIS COMPANY PUT MY FAMILY AT RISK FOR A FIRE HAZARD. Grace of God nothing happened in the 10 days it was deliberately left into the live outlet by the technician.
