I would not wish this organization on my worst enemy. The office is on South Central Glendale and is very ethnic and very ghetto. They try to be high tech with the textured concrete walls, wood trim and no windows but you think you are in an air raid bunker. They have no concept of time as they are always running seriously late. I leave their ticked off all the time and I have not benefited from their treatment. The PA, Crystal, is insensitive, unprofessional, self centered and overly sensitive when you choose not to follow her bad direction in treatment. I have not benefited from the procedure. As you can guess, i would not recommend this organization — No way! Never! Not again!

My experience here was horrible. I don’t recommend the Dr as you will not get to meet him. His assistants do the work for him, but I wouldn’t recommend their work either. Their fees are extremely high, they bill for things they said insurance will cover and I had to go back twice and pay full price, and they messed up on my leg which if I go back again, they will charge me full price to fix their mess up. Never going back there again.

Well — after 7 visits (1 consultation, 2 leg procedures, 2 ultra sound followups & 2 regular followups), I’ve only met Dr. Hurwitz once during the consultation. I expected the doc to do the laser vein procedures himself, as he boasted during the consult that he was one of the best in the US that does this, but yet some guy named «Arturo» did the procedures. Um, who is Arturo? What are his credentials? Is he even a Thoracic Surgeon? Other than that, I’ve never waited LESS THAN 1 HOUR in the waiting room for a scheduled appt… just to have to wait another 30 – 45 mins in the examination room. The office staff lack any sort of communication skills, no one seems to know what the other is doing or what to charge for stockings and whatnot and they argue with each other every time I’ve gone in. Plus the older lady at the front desk has some serious people issues. She’s is always just so miserable and seems ‘put out’ if you want to schedule a followup. Who wants to walk into an office like that? Yeah, my health is better, but what a miserable drawn out experience all around. Would not recommend this office at all.
