The BEST Allstate agent!
Vahe and his team are the BEST Allstate Agent. Not only they are knowledgeable, they also care for the customers GREATLY. Last Saturday around 1:30 pm, we needed to meet with our Allstate agent immediately to go over our policy and add our teenage who just got his license. Our agent and many other Allstate agents were closed. Vahe’s office was the only agent that was open until 2 pm. Even though, they were not our agent but they warmly accepted us and carefully went over our policy. They patiently explained everything about our policy; we never had such an experience with any other agent. Nare, Vahe’s assistant, and Vahe helped us to understand what we have on our policy and what needs to be changed. They also gave us a good rate to add a new license to our policy (as opposed to what we were told over the phone by our own Allstate agent). They spent over an hour for us to review our auto and condo policies. Even though, it was already way pass 2:00 pm (their closing time), they never rushed through, instead they patiently and with a great compassion educated us on our policies and helped us to make proper changes. Now, we feel that we are in good hands :)
