All Star Pools

James is the Jedi master of pool repair! Seriously, his knowledge of how a pool system operates and how to repair them is unsurpassed. He has fixed my pool issues for years and always has been top notch. He most recently diagnosed and fixed a problem with my pool over the phone! (When my weekly pool guy said that issue would probably cost me over a thousand dollars). James is a stand up guy and we highly recommend him.

We want to say thank you to James at All Star Pools for fixing our Pool. We called in a service order through our home warranty company One Guard. James contacted us quickly and was able to set up an appointment for us the very next day. He is very polite and knowledgable. He also walk us through how to properly maintain our pool on daily basis. After James left, we called One Guard again for one time pool maintenance, the company they sent out is called Clear Pool Solution, which they told us they will test our pool water add chemical, brush, vacuum our pool. We also asked if they can check out filters to see if we need to get our filter washed and we will pay the extra. They only brush the pool and didn’t do anything else. We have to call a recall service right away. At the recall service, we discover another part of our pump was broken, and we requested James again through One Guard. I can’t tell you how awesome James is. Great customer service and very professional! If we have more pool problems, he will be the one we call! Thanks again James for all your help!

I highly recommend All Star Pools. James is amazing. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt in both returning phone calls and providing service. I’ve had experience with many pool services in the past, and All Star Pools is definitely one I will reach out to you again when I am in need of repair service. My pool pump runs even better now than when it was new. I was shocked at how quiet it was when he reinstalled it after the motor rebuild, and he even provides a one-​year warranty.

Wow! I tried 3 pool services before All Star, I cannot tell you how great it is to have a clean person show up and do 110% of their job. He is above and beyond. Super affordable also. He’s a phoenix gem.

James was outstanding when called to service my pool/spa’s heater. He was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable across the various components of the system. He took the time to educate me and answered all of my countless questions. I would highly recommend All Star Pools to family and friends in the future.

If I could give all star pools more stars I would. James is very gifted with pool repair and is willing to share is his knowledge with you during the repair process. I moved into a home where the pool system was neglected and James got it running like a dream in no time for an unbeatable price. He will walk you through the repairs so that you can maintain your system and won’t give you any b.s. Advise or costs. Highly recommend James he won’t let you down. Anyone can slap a magnet advertising on their truck and call themselves «pool guys» but a true craftsman like James is worth his weight in gold.

I didn’t even want to give this contractor one star but I can’t post zero stars. You will be so sorry if you have this company come out to diagnosis your pool. James with All Star Pools is very unprofessional. He tells his customers one thing and then reports a different story to home warranty companies. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. If your home warranty has them as a contractor ask for a different contractor or you will regret it.

I can’t even begin to explain how much I appreciate All Star Pools. When James says in his description that you get him and only him, it’s the truth and I could not be more thankful for all the work that he has done for me. I have had some horrible experiences with pool guys in the past and James has been my go to guy for a couple of years now when anything goes wrong. He ALWAYS gets the job done! He is knowledgable, fair, hard-​working, and most importantly he is honest. He has always gone the extra mile for me and has saved me a lot of money in the long run. If you need any work done on your pool I highly recommend him, there is no one better in all of AZ.

He gives you options for how to handle issues depending on your cash situation, and lets you pay on line with a credit card too. You won’t be sorry for using him!
