Al Lopez – State Farm Insurance Agent

I came to Al when I was just 21 years old and my parents insurance (Allstate) dropped me because I got into an accident. I was terrified I would not be able to get insured let alone be able to pay for it. Well Al not only got me insured that day but for much lower than what my parents had been paying for me. That was 27 years ago and Al and his team have never let me down. They have been there as I have grown up. They have been there to take care of at least 4 of my cars and then as I got married my husbands cars, renters insurance, then condo insurance then home insurance. Though I think I’ve only met Al in person a couple of times — I mainly deal with his very friendly and very helpful agents/​staff over the phone — I’m always well taken care of. I’m sure many people would agree that insurance can be a confusing, stressful, sometimes frustrating and costly process — but I can honestly tell you that has never been my experience with Al Lopez.

Great office, everyone is always so welcoming! I have never had an issue with anyone and love that the agent Al Lopez is always there. Al will go out of his way to make sure the client is happy but of course there are situations out of his control. Give them a try!

I’ve been with this group for more than 10 years I made a couple of claims during this years & had no problem at all. But I made a couple of phone calls in the last month or so to get some inquiries & I noticed not all but some staff are not that helpful at all. They’ll try to rush you on the phone their answering you short when you call back they’ll give you the same attitude. To make the long story short they cannot give me a straight answer on my inquiry. I’m probably one of their «small potato» customer but I think I still deserve a straight answer. Just tell me — hey find another agent !

Al Lopez has been my family Agent for as long as I can remember!!! His office is great and the staff is very friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you understand your policy. I don’t know anything about insurance but they made sure I understood what I was getting and the necessity of having adequate coverage.

I have never actually dealt with Al Lopez but his staff is friendly and knowledge. Would recommend this office to anyone! Gladys, Jesse, Cindy and Paola are great! They all helped me out with my claim and took care of my worries. Thank you!
