Not the place if you want fancy machines with credit cards. Definitely a cash only operation with machines from the 90’s. Helpful staff and regulars who know the score.

I just moved to Glendale, and this laundry mat is walking distance from my apartment. First time I go there I got yelled at by this lady. I was minding my own business, doing my laundry… And this lady starts calling me a bitch multiple times and accusing me of stealing her laundry. Nobody helped me or defended me, as I tried explaining to her that I didn’t take her laundry. Needless to say this scared me off and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I used this laundromat for eight years and recently moved.
It’s relatively inexpensive, spacious, the machines are very well maintained, and there’s ample seating. If you come at night, it’s one of the best laundromat experiences.
As the other reviewer noted, during the day, a witch queen is the manager. How she avoids getting water on her and melting away, I’m not sure. But she’s easily avoided.
There is also a single woman who does the crazy «take twelve dryers» thing, but she never goes late.
I’ve used a lot of laundromats all over LA and on the east coast and this one is easily my favorite.

I discovered this location last year when I had to wash a mattress pad and needed a larger washer to do so. Upon moving (and giving up my old apartment building’s washer and dryer there in the process) I started coming here to do my bi-​weekly laundry.
The pros:
–There’s a Starbucks across the street.
–Location is nice, just at the point of Pacific Ave that you can see the mountains and the palm trees. Visually comfortable.
–Parking is plentiful; the other stores on the lot seem to never be open when I’m there, so the parking lot usually has plenty of spaces available.
–There’s a collection bin right outside the entrance to where you can drop off any unwanted clothes you wish to donate to Goodwill.
–There’s a US Post Office box right on the corner if you need to drop off mail as well.
–There’s almost always an employee on duty at all times. I’ve never had to bother them with anything, but they do make their presence known in case anyone needs help.
Cons:
Really, the only con I can come up with has been something I’ve noticed over the last month or so. (October 2013) Someone — the owner/​manager/​employee on duty — awoman in an orange traffic vest — is there on Sunday mornings doing TONS of laundry. I typically have, at most, 4 loads to wash and dry, and consistently over the past month I have had to wait while this woman hoards at least a dozen of the 40 dryers in the place. Not even one dryer was available for at least another half hour. During this time, I witnessed a man walk in with a basket of laundry, which he left with this woman after paying her (presumably to do his laundry for him) all while I was waiting, with my wet clothes on top of their washers to use ONE dryer.
All I’m saying is if you’re going to come here to do laundry, don’t come at 9am on Sunday morning.
Otherwise, it’s a pretty great place.

This place is nice. All the machines usually work andif they stop they gget fixed from what I have seen. There is a person here all the time and she recognizes her regulars including me.
It be awesome to have an ATM machine here for the quarter machine. :)

Wow, this place has an attendant/​worker at all times. I have had some issues with machines but at this place, the workers are pretty helpful. It’s a convenient location with a big parking lot. There is also a starbucks across the street, plus a little mom and pop grocery market and a deli next door. Nice and clean place. will be back.
