Turon was no good. All wrapper. The banana was missing. This place is going cheap on is… You won’t make $$$ saving on a few bananas. This may translate to the other entrees they have. Beware!

Nobody seems to be answering the telephones and on multiple occasions, I have called to place an order for pick up and nobody is answering the telephone. Most times, I just wanted the pancit palabok when I have a craving for it. Guess what? I printed a pancit palabok recipe from the internet. First time was hard as I was doing it the first time. Now, I can cook pansit palabok anytime I want having done it a number of times. Also, learned to cook lechon kawali with less fat to boot. Sorry, you lost me as a customer because nobody answers the telephone to take orders.

This restaurant is what you call a true diamond in the rough. The Filipino food is almost as good as the homemade stuff moms made. Mark is an excellent host/greeter/server you name it. Great customer service and the sisig is the best I’ve had. Definitely going back to try something else.

I found this little hole in the wall via a Facebook post from someone on my friend list, so I thought I would try some take-out. Got there just after they opened, and the place is unassuming and small. The guy behind the counter was friendly and the menu was diverse. I had read about their Pancit Palabok which was Malabon style. Being my favorite style of Palabok, I ordered that, and figured I would try their Lumpiang Shanghai, Bola Bola, and Curry Fried Wings. Got the order home and dug in with my family. The food was great and authentic(as in Filipino greasy). I forgot to ask them to reduce the salt, but all in all, it was not too salty. It was savory, warm, and fresh. While the food is great, be prepared to spend some decent coin. The Palabok alone was about $ 10 for the plate, so make sure to dine with a couple other people to break up the bill a bit. As for accessibility, they share the plaza with a few other businesses so I am sure on a busy day, parking in their small lot is scarce.

I always come here for the specials. It’s a nice quiet place to study(free wifi) and enjoy good food.

I try to support local and ethnic restaurants but I can’t with this restaurant. I’ve been here 4 times and the items I’ve variably wanted weren’t available. Perhaps preemptively karmic because I’ve thought for these people to kill themselves. Pass.

Had it catered for a work meeting. Ordered palabok, wh/comes with fried pusit(squid). Chicken lumpia. The food was okay. Colleagues thought it was too greasy, but to me it seemed normal :) Overall, it was okay. I’d check out their bricks and mortar location in Glendale. Ayos.
