Best experience I’ve ever had! I’ve been a loyal Lexus customer of 12 years. After having 2 kiddos i needed more space and Lexus GX wasn’t big enough. Looked at every luxury SUV with 3^rd row and decided on the QX60. Mike Adamczyk and Jim Iverson are incredible. I met both on Saturday. I still wasnt sure if i wanted the car so Jim said to take one for the weekend to make sure I love it. Well I loved it. Bought the car on Tuesday. I now seriously consider them as family. Service is impeccable. And did I mention they have a café and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner?! HMMMmm I may just need service on Valentines Day and bring the entire family for a nice dinner at Fields! :)

What a joke this place is. I mean I’m still sickened by the fact that I ever wasted my time here.
They think they’re real slick and wasted my time. I came in here to look at a car the salesman Evan who i thought was kind and actually cared about me purchasing a car said «oh no problem we can definitely get you the car you want, not a problem at all!» Guarenteed me that this was a done deal, mind you this was during a time where i had no choice but to buy a new car. I trusted this place, wasted my time brought my family in to lock in the deal wasted all this time coming up with the price of the car, and settled on a price that wasn’t even lowered. Only to be screwed over.
They never even called to let me know that the car wasn’t available, i wasted so much time with this place it makes me sick. And honestly don’t 1) pretend to sell a car when you don’t have it and 2) make someone waste their time coming up with a price for an hour or two when you don’t even want to get the car.
So all in all don’t waste your time here, and if you do don’t invest time in figuring out details until you’re for sure that they even have the car you want. Such a disappointment and I def won’t be returning here ever again.

I have been looking for a used car for quite some time and was excited to see that Field Infiniti had a car in stock that I was interested in. I spent the whole day going to different dealerships looking at cars and Fields Infiniti was going to be my last stop for the day.
I called Fields to inquire about a car to make sure it was still available since I was about an hour away from their location. The phone was answered by a woman who sounded more than happy to help. I provided her with the Stock # and she looked to tell me that the car was available and that I should ask for her when I arrived.
The sales staff seemed distant and non-​chalant as I walked into their business. I finally got someone’s attention and asked for the sales consultant I spoke with over the phone. She came to greet me and take me to her office. I told her the car I was interested in, and she said she would get it pulled up and we could go for a test drive.
5 – 10 minutes later, she walks up and said, «there a GLITCH in the computer, the car is no longer available». Excuse me??! I was beyond frustrated at this point, especially because I asked specifically before I came. She then proceeded to try and sell off other used cars to me, but at that point I wanted nothing to do with what she was saying and the company.
What a waste of time!!! I’m beyond disappointed in their lack of detail. I had CASH in hand and was ready to buy. Such a shame because their establishment looks to be a nice place, especially after construction there is finished. I was planning on buying an additional car in March as well, and unfortunately this place will not get my business nor a recommendation from me.
2 stars for having a cool café set-​up (even though it was ‘out of service’ at the time). None the less, I will NOT be returning to this location for a car.

Overall, my husband and I have had no complaints about any of the Fields dealerships before, and were happy that this time around was no different! When we finally narrowed our list to two different cars (both owned by Fields), it was a matter of what could be done for us. Even though we had an uncomfortable experience with out first salesperson, it did not deter us of their overall quality. We did a little more research on our own and decided to still go with the QX60. My husband submitted a lead via email which helped the process move swiftly, and we were able to purchase our SUV (with another salesperson mind you) within a couple of days! Carmen was great! She answered all of our lingering questions and we felt at ease with her through the whole car buying process. I’d definitely recommend buying a car from them in the future.

Just had my G35x serviced, great experience — had a lite bite to eat, watched the food network while waiting and my car was presented to me clean, inside and out.

My car buying experience at Fields Infiniti of Glencoe began on-​line when I spotted the vehicle I wanted to purchase. The team was very responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. Evan was my car buying associate, and he is well informed about the product. I could not take delivery of my vehicle on the day of purchase, but Evan worked to ensure it was ready within a couple of days, and he sent regular e-​mails to keep me in the look. When I went to the dealer for a test drive, I was still slightly undecided between a car at this Infiniti dealership and another, but the whole experience was superior from the time I walked into the show room. The customer waiting area is very comfortable, and the café was an unexpected treat. I plan to see Evan in a few years for round two, he took great care of me.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service and service department! Do not get your car serviced here. Sales staff seems to be indifferent as well.
SALES
I went to the showroom 3 times since I was possibly looking to buy a new car. Only 1 salesmen ever came by to ask if they can help. There’s even 2 – 3 people at the front desk at all times and all 3 times, none of them ever said anything to me. The only other person who talked to me was their General Manager and when he went to try and find a salesmen to talk to me, he couldn’t even locate one. They weren’t that busy. So glad I was able to find a car at a different dealer in the area.
SERVICE
Had my car serviced here 3 – 4 times in the past with no issues but it’s been a few years and seems like they’ve gone down hill fast. Had to decide if I wanted to keep fixing up my 05 Infiniti G35x or buy a new one so in April 2015, decided to have the dealer take a look to at it and see what the condition of my car was. There were some noises coming from the car and I knew that it needed some work and thought the dealer service department would know how to diagnose my car. Told the service manager (Rich) this and wanted to see everything that they could diagnose and he said okay and he’ll call me later. Got a loaner (QX50) which was convenient but asked if they had a sedan available since I could possibly be buying a new car soon and wanted to test it out. He said they didn’t have one available which I understood and left with a very dirty interior QX50. It was like the previous person had 3 kids in the car who just came back from riding dirt bikes. Dirt everywhere but the worst part is they left a copy of the contract with the person in the car. So I knew exactly who had the car before me. Wow!
Anyways, Rich called me a few hours later with 4 things they found. I asked him to confirm that was all they found and he said yes. Decided to get 3 of the 4 things fixed and he said it’d cost about $ 1,300 and it’d be done the next day. Cool. Rich calls me the next day and says that they had some delays and needed another day. Cool. Calls me on Friday and said their tech had to go to the hospital so they needed to keep it until Monday but he’ll get a tech to work on it and be sure it’s done Monday. No problem since I have the rental. No call Monday and then I call and leave a voicemail on Tuesday. Miraculously, about 3 hours later Rich calls me back and tells me my cars done. Suspicious. Go to pick up my car and the cashier tells me is over $ 1,500! What?!? Luckily, Rich was still there and he said he forgot to apply a discount he was giving me and corrected the invoice.
Within a week, I hear the same noises and additionally, another noise that makes my car nearly undriveable. I called Rich and we set up another appointment to bring the car in. Same process and this time they gave me the Q50 as a loaner. Actually really liked driving this car around and wanted to talk to the sales department about something similar. Service department manager calls me and let’s me know what happened and what they found. This time, they came back with a list of about 10 things that probably needed to be fixed within the next year. Why didn’t they tell me this the 1^st time. They did fix my rotors and brake pads for free for the inconvenience which was really appreciated. The tech wanted me to bring the car back in a week to see if the sounds come back and we set up the appointment specifically for when he’ll be there so I can drive with him. Happier now.
Went to the appointment and find out that he must have looked at the schedule wrong since it was after Memorial Day and that he had the Tuesday off. Annoyed but okay, let’s schedule for tomorrow. I had to call them to let them know I couldn’t come until sometime between 12 – 1 and they said that’s fine. Get there at 12:30 and was notified that the tech was in a meeting and wasn’t available. What?!? You couldn’t let me know this when I called you? At this point, I was done. Decided to buy a new car and was going to trade it in anyways and didn’t go back.
Even after all this, the worst part is that after everything that happened, I call the manager of the service department and left a voicemail for him. With no call back from him, I emailed him and the General Manager of the dealership Brian. NO RESPONSE.
After talking with other customers, seems like you have to be over 50 years old to get any respect from them. This is a shame because I could’ve been a customer for a long time but no way! I’ve even recommended them to others since I live relatively close but now will tell people to stay away.

There are many things that are easier to do without kids and buying a car is at the top of the list. So while grandparents were in town this weekend we decided to start the oh so fun (note the sarcasm) car shopping process.
While Fields Infiniti wasn’t our only stop, it was by far our best stop. We showed up about 20 minutes after their 4pm closing time (closing early for Memorial Day). We were really bummed until a sales associate, Alex, was nice enough to let us in. While I have no doubt Alex was eager to get to a BBQ on what turned out to be a beautiful memorial day, he patiently answered all of our burning questions about the QX60. When we asked if he wouldn’t mind if we drove it around the block he very nicely handed over the keys.
To be fair there was another couple there who looked ready to make a purchase so Alex was most likely sticking around for that sale, but I think if we had showed up at any of the other dealerships we visited today 20 minutes after closing we would have been turned away.
The QX60 turned out to be a big large for us (or anyone who has less than 6 kids), but super impressed with our Fields Infiniti experience.

We have taken our QX56 to Field’s Infiniti for several years now. Service is hurting.

We visited the dealership three times within the month of November. 5 stars for the first two visits. We dropped in to check out the new QX50 and had a great experience with Sam B. We had been to two other dealerships that day and I was exhausted. I didn’t want to go but I am so glad we did. We went for a test drive and it was a painless visit. No sales overkill nor any pushing to close the deal at the end like other places. The following weekend, we dropped in again to see Sam and drove away with a QX70. It was a great experience and we are so pleased with our purchase. Minus one star because we returned a few weeks later for a minor touch up and mats and wound up with white finger prints and marks all over the interior (like everywhere– dash, buttons, radio, steering wheel, doors, bottom panels, wood grain, etc.) and a blaring AM station on the radio. I was disappointed in the sloppy maintenance. I am hopeful that won’t be the case the next visit.

What a great place — it’s a pleasure to spend time here. Rene was so helpful and professional, he really went above the call of duty to help me make the right decision for my needs. There is no pressure, only genuine interest in what you want. Everyone there is wonderful, I almost feel guilty staying instead of running errands, but the café is terrific and the food excellent, the service prompt and attentive. My kids asked if I would get my car serviced on weekends so they could go too!

This place is a rip off especially if you want your vehicle serviced there. I went in to have my service engine light checked ($ 140) just to find out it was a loose gas cap and they wanted to charge me an additional $ 250 for a replacement gas cap. I wasted 2 hours getting the run around from the service advisor and the service technician about getting it replaced by them, even though I told them I wanted a second opinion. I basically paid $ 140 for a tasteless omelette and a car wash. I received my car back without the service engine light on. Thanks for welcoming me to the neighborhood. This will be the first and last time I ever step foot into any Fields dealership.

I purchased my Infinity at Fields. Great facility and good sales rep.
When it comes to regular service, the quality is not the same as Infinity in Schaumburg. I ended up driving further distance to do my Regular Service in Schaumburg to get better quality service.

We truly appreciated the customer service and attention Jon Hale provided during our recent purchase. Buying a larger car to accommodate our new arrival was an important decision for us, and our experience with him made the choice much easier. We are very happy with our car and the exceptional service provided by Fields :)

My first time leasing a car was a wonderful experience thanks to Andy Hernandez. Andy has a great heart and has a way of making you feel like family. This dealership is one of the nicest dealerships I have ever been to. I frequently go there for all of my maintenance and always feel spoiled as I enter.

I’ve driven a half an hour extra to get serviced at Fields Infiniti rather than Berman’s which is closer to my house. Fields provides exemplary service! While you wait, you can eat a custom-​ordered breakfast, surf the internet, watch TV, etc.
I’m deducting a star because you have to plan well in advance to get a loaner car, and I had to deal with corporate directly to get service reimbursed on a problem that had been identified and documented while my car was still under warranty.

If your planning on servicing or buying a car perhaps you should take a trip up north to fields Infiniti. The facility is top notch second to non amongst luxury vehicles. With a theater, café with sandwiches and soups, and an office area with free wifi it really makes waiting for your car at service not feel like a chore.
The service department is great and host a great facility so you can view your car while it’s being tinkered with. The technicians answered any questions I had and were open to having you in the service bay.
I did end up leasing a car from here last year and just had a few hiccups on price and service change but since then their new gm met with me and tried to ameliorate my previous issues by giving me free service on the rest of my lease. He was very friendly and as long as he’s in charge I’m sure the business aspect of this dealership will be great. My only regret is I’m leaving Chicago but I’d love to come back.
Ps. They are very fair when it comes to trade ins. They gave me 12 for my g35 coupe while the carmax down the road only offered 9 as well as other dealers.

The last couple of times I have been here, I have been very disappointed. The desk person didn’t know how to process a rebate given to me by Infiniti corporate because my breaks keep having to be replaced. I was told I would have to pay with my credit card.
Long story short, I don’t feel it was handled properly by the staff here, my infiniti has had some annoying issues… So I won’t be buying one next time.
Too bad. I used to love this place.

I bought an FX35 last week. After owning a BMW 7-​series and Porsche 911, I am a confirmed Infiniti convert. Not only do I love the FX35, but Fields is the classiest dealership I have ever purchased from.
I’m the CEO if a high tech company. We sell software, but at the end of the day what we really sell is service.
Fields gives great service and I am totally sold on their over-​the-​top pampering — free car washes, breakfast and lunch bar, ice cream, free personal concierge.
The buying experience was totally low-​key thanks to Alex O., my sales consultant. Financing was painless, interest rate very low.
I highly recommend Infiniti, the FX35 and Fields.
