Fraline J. Allgaier, Ms., Esq. is the founder and principal attorney of Allgaier Patent Solutions. Her practice includes patent law, copyright law, and trademark law. She has worked at Baylor College of Medicine in the Section of Leukocyte Biology. There, she specialized in video microscopy using phase contrast optics, digital image processing, cord blood collection and processing, phlebotomy and isolation of leukocytes. She also worked at the Environmental Protection Agency’s Environmental Monitoring Systems Laboratory in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her primary responsibilities included data analysis and physiologically based pharmacokinetics modeling.
