History
Established in 2001.
Hillcrest started in Sheboygan County by building in its own subdivisions and quickly grew to 40 – 50 homes per year before the financial crisis slowed the industry down. During this slow period Hillcrest expanded into high-end custom homes, remodeling and green builds. Also, the company grew its geographic reach north towards Green Bay, west past Fond du Lac, and south into the greater Milwaukee market, so that more than half its business is outside of Sheboygan County.
