Tap Property Management

I have NO Idea how this company is still running. The owner is rude and offensive and I highly recommend finding another company to use if you expect any type of respect.

This is the worst management company ever. Our property manager Toni is absolutely useless. She is rude, sits on her a**, is unresponsive, acts like everyone is beneath her even though we all pay her salary. I have had a terrible leak in my condo now for several years and they keep sending one contractor to fix the problem. Their problem solving trick is to clean out the gutters. really? how is that going to help and after trying it for the last few years you would think it’s not working.
In addition, the owner Phil is a bigger jerk than the people he hires. I am not sure why the board doesn’t fire the damn company and get someone else on board to do the job right.
BTW my condo still has horrible leaks, which has damaged my walls, ceilings, and now i believe i have a mould problem with an 8 month old baby in the condo. I am in the process of taking legal action against them for negligence.
If anyone out there is looking to hire them to manage their property, beware. Please, please, please don’t hire these horrible team of workers.

This management company is horrible. My former property manager is very condescending to all the people who pay her salary — the condo homeowners.
Partial list of troubles with the «management» company:
After numerous requests, she finally put in a smoke detector after the old one was broken. This was a common area. It only took 6 months. She snapped at me when I asked her in person in front of a contractor. I guess my comment about it taking her 6 months embarrassed her enough to finally get one.
My ceiling took in rain from the roof. It took six weeks of phone calls and letters. The only thing that motivated her to get it repaired was the threat of legal action.
When I moved in, it took numerous attempts to get a parking sticker — only took several months to recieve one and even then, I never got a guest pass. I was lucky that I was never towed unlike my neighbors who never recieved theirs.
They were more concerned on how I was parked (backed my car in) and how my satellite dish was set up than the safety of residences.
I am lucky enough to have moved out and not deal with their nonsense.
So, in closing, if you are looking for a management company for your association, DO NOT CHOOSE TAP MANAGEMENT. Worthless!
A turnip would be able to run this company better.
