If you received a coupon for your anniversary sale, make sure you like what you buy! If you exchange the goods they will NOT honor the coupon! It was already spend (and returned, I may add). If you complain loud enough, they will make an exception and let you buy something else with the $ 20.00. Not customer friendly.
