My wife is a frequent customer of Benjamin Lovell so I went there looking to purchase a couple pairs of shoes. The lady manning the store last night had to be one of the rudest people I have ever come across. While she stayed planted behind the counter while I was asking questions, when I inquired about a particular brand of shoe and not being familiar with the brand, here response to me was «Really, its only the best selling shoe in Europe» You just confirmed I will never step inside your store again and guess what, neither will my wife

I have been a very good customer of this store for many years. I make purchases here several times each season, and tend to purchase high end shoes. When I purchase high end shoes, I expect high quality and good customer service. I purchased a pair of Sofft clogs 5 months ago which I only wear to yoga class in the morning, and did not wear in bad weather. These shoes did not get a lot of wear. The sole fell off after 5 months. When I called and asked if they could have them repaired for me, they said «No». I do not think shoes should fall apart after 5 months of light wear, and when I patronize a store frequently I expect better customer service. Very disappointing. Apparently, they do not stand behind their products, and they do not care about their customer base.
