Established in 1997.

Principal architect Daniel (Jamie) Simoneit has been involved in the design industry for over thirty years. He worked for both residential + commercial firms in Chicago before founding Z+O architecture + interiors in 1997. Specializing in large + small scale residential as well as commercial interiors, Jamie has established a network in the Chicago suburbs + beyond with projects throughout the United States + Mexico.
