After dealing with laptop problems for the last several months and paying another computer repair shop in Carol Stream $ 200 for diagnostics and repair, with no guarantees, and no fix, I found TMC2 in Glen Ellyn. What a refreshing experience. They took a look at my laptop for FREE and said if they couldn’t repair it, it would cost nothing. I would have been happy to pay them to fix it, however, they were honest enough to inform me that the real problem (a new mother board) was going to cost more than it was worth. They also were kind enough to do a little research and send me 3 links to computers that would be suitable for the type of work I do. I didn’t feel pressured in any way by them and I will definitely refer TMC2 to my friends and family.
