John was out recently to upgrade my system for an over-​the-​air antenna. I needed to dump DirecTV and save $ 104 per month. He upgraded my existing antenna and set up my new ChannelMaster DVR. He has many years experience, is professional, works hard and serves all over Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan. He also installs and sells home theater equipment/​systems. If there was anything John could do better would be to return phone calls/​emails/​texts quicker. Sometimes it took a few days for him to get back to me, but he did get back to me. If he tried a little harder to get back to the client within 24 hours, he’d get 5 stars
