Our experience with Jason & MYsurance began as a positive one & turned into a horribly negative one. In hindsight, he told us whatever he needed to so that we would sign our policies with him. He lied & misguided us. He was not knowledgeable about the special circumstances we presented which we totally understood but rather than admit it and get back to us after checking resources he gave us inaccurate and false information. We ended up purchasing two policies. However, we promptly received a letter informing us our policies would be terminated after a short grace period. Why hadn’t Jason called to let us know??? We were angry at him and even more angry at ourselves for not following our instinct not to sign with him. We immediately called Jason and were reassured he would find us new policies. With an experience that went from bad to horrible and inexcusable the decision not to work with Jason anymore was a very easy one. Our strong negative experience & feelings were reinforced and validated as we did NOT hear from Jason again until the day our policies were to be terminated.

I have had an excellent experience with Mysurance over the past 2 years. From easy enrollments to helping with claims, Jason has been everywhere I need him to be. What prompted this review today is written below.
I’ve used many insurance agents over the years and this is the first time I’ve ever had an agent offer to swap policies after 1 year to save me money. Usually the agents will let it ride, bank the renewal commissions and not even look into the savings. Why? It saves them work and cheaper policies create cheaper commissions.
You’ll find everything you need in their offerings, no doubt.

I received a letter in the mail from them about different quotes and different insurance companies they work with. I spoke with Dave on the phone who was very knowledgeable about all the coverages I had questions about. I ended up switching to a company called Encompass that they work with and I got the all same coverages that I had previously for a few hundred dollars less. The transition was really smooth and the extra money was a huge plus!

Jason comes highly recommended. We decided to make the trek out to the burbs after living in the city for 6 years. We bought a house and decided to shop our insurance. Jason not only found us very competitive rates, but took the time to explain the differences in coverage with us. About a month into our policy with a new Carrier (Encompass), we wrecked our car. The worst timing ever. However, Encompass’s claims adjuster was fair and responsive. Jason cemented his role as our agent for life as not only did he recommend Encompass, but he was extremely caring and thoughtful in our time of need. He would call to make sure we were alright, and that our adjuster was taking care of us. He would also use that time to remind us of the bells and whistles our policy had in it. This reminded me why having an independent, knowledgeable professional advocating for you is so important. Jason and Encompass get all the stars we can give them.
