So, let’s start with the homeless people drinking beer on the steps of the hotel when I pulled up. In my first night there, two fights in the hallway woke me up, and some random dude came into my room, because the dummy bitch at the check in desk never actually put my name into the computer. My room was only cleaned once in four days. Fights in the hall on all four nights.

I wish someone would shut this place down! It is a health risk, if you need a place to stay, don’t even consider this place as a option, dirty carpet, no heat, bugs, dirty tub, dirty sheets, and customer service sucks. They should tear this place down ASAP!!!

Save your money know matter how cheap this place is its a health disaster it’s disgusting I found a towel In The bathroom hung for the next guess to use witch was me that was dirty and had blood on. heater don’t work phone with no cord just for show smells horrible customer service worse I have ever encountered. Linen smells and looks like it hasn’t been washed I. Ages. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place unless you want to known how it feels like inside the county jail. Even there is more sanitary. shame on the city of Glenn elyn for even issuing a business license to operate a business like this
