If I could give 0 stars, I would. I see so many Baird & Warner signs around town… You might think, as I did, wow, they must do a lot of business! However, in reality, it seems they simply have a lot of empty houses around town. I have excellent credit and made a huge move across the country and simply needed a place to rent… Paid my app fee, and was left hanging for 3 weeks while they did who knows what!!! trying to confirm that I was actually«leaving my last property.»(What!!!) Long story short, despite MY repeated calls and attempts to secure housing(something I’ve NEVER had a problem with before as I am a professional with high income, etc.) I was met with evasion, passivity, and no answers. I want my application fee back… Their service is criminal. Needless to say, I went with another agent who worked very hard and very actively for me, and secured a beautiful home before my move in date. Hilariously, the Baird and Warner agent called me at 2 p.m. the DAYBEFORE I was to move to let me know I was approved and could move in «anytime.» As if.

We were referred to Amy Lorentsen by a family member of ours who had used her for their house search. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent. Amy was patient, she was flexible, she really does a great job. We were also first-time home buyers and Amy led us all around the Western suburbs, we saw a total of about 25 homes and she was patient with us the entire time. We closed on our house last week and we couldn’t be happier, thank you Amy!
