Very convenient location, lots of different size units to meet your needs and friendly staff. Only drawback is mice droppings I found when closing out my unit and it can get pricey after the initial promo rates.

This is my first storage experience. Sign up by phone was easy, the intake person was very pleasant, and I was delighted to find that Storage Post had an outlet so close to my house which I am selling this summer.
Having read other reports of storage facilities, I was concerned about lighting, cleanliness and safety.
This place is terrific: clean, well lit, and painstakingly managed. Charlie is a prince, patiently ensuring that you find your unit, that you’re not confused and that you get the security codes. He will personally escort you on your first visits (okay, so I was a little nervous about the whole process, managing the back door, the elevator, and moving all my boxes).
I’m very pleased and highly recommend this facility: it’s convenient to the highway, and seems easy to access for even the largest moving trucks (I saw a GIANT Maher Van Line pull in the other day).

Storage Post offers units in lots of different sizes. They helped with arranging a truck with movers to assist me in relocating from another storage company in Port Washington to this Glen Cove location. It’s been an improvement in every way: easy access, climate controlled, brightly lit, clean hallways, available carts to use et cetera.
Charlie, the manager also provides great customer service. He’s received some packages, kept them safe and even brought them to the car for me. If you’re looking for short or long term storage, this is a great place.
