first time there was referred by a lady in locust valley she said her grandkids went there. went today got me in for a sick visit son sneezing coughing n diarrhea bruising new mom freaking out they were great. she made me feel better about going to them new to the area used to go to hicksville center but did not like had no customer service the girl dr was awesome w my son.

I can’t say enough about this office — there are 4 doctors in this office, my 2 children are patients, I have crap insurance and every single doctor is only interested in helping my kids get better. You can get a sick appointment same-​day if you call early enough, especially if it is an emergency, each doctor in this practice has their own swing on things so you’ll know which personalities jive with yours very quickly (even though all 4 doctors are totally competent if the doctors you love are not working that day). My older kid needed surgery & his specialist was pushy — I called this office & got straight-​up, easy to understand, experienced info that truly helped me mentally to go through the process of putting your child under a knife (!). Their record-​keeping is awesome & every doctor goes through their last year of history records at least, its at their fingertips every time I am in the office, each time one of my kids is sick. They listen, answer questions, have experience, all of them have kids of their own, the nurses are sassy ;) & so cool. Love love love.
