First went to Greenvale Jewelers on Glen Cove Rd(AWFULSERVICE), where they had me pay $ 12 to replace a watch battery, and asked for more money claiming there was an internal movement issue with the watch. Did not take the man up on that service, then went to Glen Cove Watch Works, where the woman took my watch to see what the issue could have been. Turns out GREENVALE put a dead battery in my watch. GLENCOVEWATCHWORKS did not charge me to replace the battery and was extremely helpful. I STRONGLY recommend anyone interested in purchasing or in of repair with your watch to go to GLENCOVEWATCHWORKS! Thank you so much for your service!
