I have worked for Marshall Wireless since 2007. I have worked at other locations but Glen Carbon has been by far my favorite. I am originally from the area, being a graduate of Metro East Lutheran High School, and a former employee at Quik Trip, I have many friends and connections that make every day a good one. Our goal is to provide superior customer service above anything else and I have always believed in that.

Outstanding experience at the Sprint store this weekend. I was shocked to receive such honest and friendly experience at a phone store, but Doug Ridgeway and Kevonte Lewis worked like a dynamic Duo to get my family plan started with sprint this Saturday. I was truly impressed with their knowledge of the phones, plans, and service. They answered every question and Doug is officially «The Man» when it comes to customer service. The guys and gals at sprint are my phone service super heroes.
