HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I am still receiving notices for a bill that I do not owe… I have tried and tried to speak to the office manager and she will not return my calls… They continue to threaten me with collection notices. They double bill, then when you question what the bill is for you cannot get a logical answer, they will not return any phone calls… I have filed a complaint with the states attorney office. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this practice. It is medical practices like this one that cause all of us to pay what we do for our health insurance. Fraudulent billing and half ass medical care! Most of the patients I saw were older and most likely on Medicare which will pay for this bogus billing because most people won’t question or raise any red flags to Medicare about the bogus billing because they are not paying, and if they question the bill then Medicare may not pay and then this University of Maryland Center for Diabetes and Endocrinologist will start harassing the patient with collection notices… University of Maryland Center for Diabetes and Endocrinologist is the worst medical office I have ever dealt with!

The four star rating is for the nurses and doctors at this office. Dr. Tatyana Sergeyeva is the best endocrinologist! She always follows up and is really knowledgable. I highly recommend her. Sometimes there is quite a bit of a wait at the office which is the only reason why they don’t get all five. But I like that they are handicap accessible and have good parking. The bathrooms are stroller friendly as well.
