Awful customer service and there’s nothing quiet about the place! Apartments are advertised to provide a «quiet living experience.» This couldn’t be as far from the truth as possible. If you can’t have a top floor apartment and are a homebody that likes peace and quiet do NOT move here. You can hear everything from the apartment above you — walking, cabinet and closet doors being shut, conversations, the TV, etc. The oversized tub in the master bath is noisy and seems as if it does not properly fit into the area. If you come home late and need to shower you will surely wake your neighbors, that’s how noisy the tub is. If you want to sleep while another tenant is doing laundry, forget about it. The washers are so noisy that you can here every cycle setting — from fill, rinse, to spin. The running of the washer and dryer can be heard throughout the entire apartment. Prepare yourself, if you are already asleep and a tenant above or below you starts a load of laundry at 11 PM, it will surely wake you. The «double and triple paned windows, double studded walls and wall-​to-​wall carpeting» do absolutely nothing if you live in an apartment that’s between floors. You should not have to put up with that amount of noise for the price they are charging. To make matters worse the leasing office does absolutely nothing about the noise disturbances — they could care less that tenants continually violate leasing terms. We have made 20+ noise disturbance complaints and nothing satisfactory has been done because the disturbances just continue. Please note these are direct amenity quotes listed off their website. To list something like a quiet community as a selling point and then not uphold that statement, especially when the community claims to be «luxury,» is unreal. If you want to live somewhere quiet and you want a management company that sticks to their leasing terms then do not move here, look elsewhere.

Been living here for over a year now. Apartments are nice and clean and well maintained. The management office (esp. The manager) are great and always willing to help. Maintenance is always quick to respond and courteous. Grounds are well maintained and the common hallways are cleaned regularly. Over all I can easily recommend this location.

For «luxury» apartments I guess I expected more. The cabinets in the apartments are made for small dishes only. Any new dishes that were purchased in the last few years will not fit in these cabinets without turning the plate to the side. The closets appear big, until you realize they are not deep enough to store any stuff in them. Bathrooms are quite the joke as our exhaust fan turns on with the light and keeps rattling even after the power has been cut to it. Anytime my wife or I step into the tub it makes a horrible noise as if it is not actually set in place and is instead sitting on top of something.
Our favorite part of the luxury apartment though is that the bedroom window will not stay up. It has not been fixed (been here 6 months). We have found a fix though, a wooden spoon. It works wonders to hold the window up in place.
The office staff is at least responsive and has tried to help when they could. Our dryer would not dry (and at times it still doesnt) but maintenace was very responsive and was able to at least get it functional again. We also had an issue where the lock to our door didn’t work. Again maintenance was very prompt and came back after hours to replace our lock.
In reality this is just another place to live, the parking at times is super tight and street parking becomes the only option. I would recommend moving further south to Pasadena since this is right on the border anyway. The neighborhood is fair but for the price I guess we just expected better quality.
On the plus side, the rooms are freaking huge, we needed to buy more furniture so it wouldnt look so ridiculous. I guess the space saved on the closests was used on the bedroom.
