The Fila Academy

I have had numerous hair appointments at Fila, and I will say that it is hit or miss. Of course, this is a hair school, so you never do know who you’re going to get. I’ve only had one BAD haircut from here, and that experience was remedied by a wonderful supervisor who fixed everything and apologized over and over again for the awful student.
I will say, though I don’t have a problem with the lack of experience of the staff, the one thing they need to work on BIG TIME is the ATTITUDES of the students. These are people in TRAINING and I have found that 99.9% have an attitude that they are too good for school or training and that they are wasting their time on you. Seriously, if it wasn’t for the attitudes of the students I would give this place 5 stars, even though they are not a «salon» so to speak.
