If you call online and they say they will make an appointment for THATIS A LIE. THESTOREDOESNOTTAKEAPPOINTMENTS. Service isn’t that great. My first visit here I had to get a replacement phone. The sales person didn’t offer to upgrade. Didn’t ask if I wanted the same phone or to get another one. Before I realized it was too late. Would have been nice to upgrade I was willing to pay.
Today I’m looking to see why I have so many dropped calls and horrible connectivity to the web. I walked in a little before 11, one person busy at the front desk, one person taking training and 1 person behind the service counter, at least 6 people waiting for help. Half an hour later 2 more employees walk in and slowly begin to start helping. The network in glen burnie is horrible. Customer service hasn’t been able to help me in over 5 months. This location plus one in Annapolis are the only ones that service phones although there are plenty sprint stores around.
