A one shop store of food and services for people who likes mexican products but it is run and owned by a Korean couple. It’s a partnership where Mexicans sell their goods and Koreans providing services of a convenience/deli store. I came here for a take out food and I am brave to do that. Why?; because each time I walk to a food business place, I could possibly run the risk of not liking the food or get sick with unsanitary food habits of the food handler. Once again with the knock of curiosity, after my second visit I finally decided to try its food section. S&J has clean, small dining area with TV. The food list is in the menu as well as displayed on the board. I ordered a fried, real fish tilapia with a head. It came with somewhat of a mexican rice, but not quite the real one and some vegetables or salad. I looked at it before I left the store and I was satisfied that the fish was well fried and big enough for two(but I finished the whole thing and why not?). By just looking at it, I know I will finish it and like it. It was good; so there you are, I’ll never be afraid of S&J just because it’s a small business and I know now that the next time I visit, I’ll get my money’s worth.
