Very poor customer service and mieading internet deals.
I had an Amazon Local voucher for a full interior/​exterior detail cleaning (with a carpet extraction) — a $ 225.00 value. My appointment was today and I met with Jerome Petty (the owner) upon arrival. Jerome said there would be an $ 80.00 upcharge because I had some stains on my light carpet and dirt/​gravel on the floor mats. I balked at this since the voucher was for a full detail cleaning. He said a car needs to come in 100% clean to avoid an upcharge. This boggles my mind as to why you bring in a clean car for a full detail. Jerome refused to honor the voucher unless I paid him $ 80.00 and he suggested I get a refund from Amazon — which I did.
I do not think this owner understands the concept of Amazon Local/​Living Social/​Groupon. He said that I only paid $ 75.00 and that does not cover a full detail cleaning. I will never be bring a car back to his shop.
I will never bring a car to his shop again.

For some reason getting a quality window tinting with decent service is difficult is Glen Burnie (see my HP racing inc review). This was a disappointment as well. Here is why:
I called to schedule an appointment. Someone answered the phone and told me to hold on a minute. More than 5 minutes went by when I thought they accidentally hung up on me. I was about ready to hang up and call back when the person came back on the line.
I dropped my car off the night before the tinting was scheduled to take place. I didn’t hear anything all day about my car. I decided to call to see what was going on. I was told it had been done for a while and was ready to be picked up. Why didn’t they call to let me know that then?
The tinting job itself was nicely done, including the unexpected extra of having the top of my front windshield slightly tinted (nice touch!). But my positive thoughts of their service didn’t last when after I found several of their paper towel discards left in my car. My car went in almost perfectly clean, so their used paper towels stuck out like a sore thumb.
The window tinting service was by far the best aspect of this business. The treatment of clients and their cars, however, needs some work.

Purchased a groupon for an interior & exterior detail … The inside is clean kinda the dash is still dirty and they felt the need to take EVERYTHING out of my center console and glovebox and throw it in a trash an completely unnecessary to clean the inside when the back of my vehicle still had dirt on it …

Back for a 2^nd visit. Another great job. They could however, consider catering a free meal for waiting customers. .. just kidding. .. sorta. Thanks again!

Bought the deal on Living Social for a interior/​exterior detailing and window tinting. Had to leave my car overnight in order to get both done, but the result was well worth it. Let’s say, I fell in love with my car all over again.
I recommend everyone in the Glen Burnie area take their car here for service. There is another location a few blocks near by, but they always seem to be jam packed and busy. If you want a quiet scene, timely and reliable service — this is the place.
