Maryland Speedy Tag and Title

Came to this location customer service was quick and professional. Shanti the manager was happy and provided me with my ticket information. I walked out with my renew registration. I had flags and they still able to renew my registration.

Dropping off my information was super easy! They fill out the paperwork and everything. I paid them $ 65 for a tag and title as I just moved to the state. Then I went to pick up my tags — wrong! I paid extra for the Bay plates, and I had regular ones. I pointed this out, and they said I could come back Monday or just get a refund. I asked how this happened, and they blamed it on the MVA. I paid them to be the intermediary between myself and the MVA — which means I paid them to get me the tags I paid for. They didn’t even apologize. I’d probably write a better review if they would have had the decency to apologize for the mistake, or refund some of the money I paid for them to do their work. Watch out if you go here — because they do not check to make sure they did things right, and don’t take responsibility if they do them wrong.
