Went to Uscis appointment on Friday and all my translations were approved.

Disappointed in this service. My translation of a birth certificate contained mistakes, including words that were not translated as well as proper names that were. I went back to the company for corrections, which I shouldn’t have had to do. If I pay for a translated document, I do expect everything to be translated except proper names (like street names). In addition, I placed my order 18 days ago and have yet to receive my notarized copy. I have more documents to have translated but I will be using a competitor.

It is unfortunate that my first review on Unilocal and the very first review of this company on Unilocal are one star. I hope my experience I have shared with them via many many emails will help improve their service to people like me.
I needed one page document to be translated. For legal reasons I could not do it myself. I spent $ 39.99 for a translation, certification, and notarization of that document. I had to correct their translation many times. I had to follow up with them so many times. It has taken more than 3 weeks to get a COPY of the notarized certification page and the translation. They said they have refunded $ 20, but I have yet to receive that in the bank account.
