History

Established in 2011.

Greer Water Works was founded by Matthew Greer, his family has been in the water industry for over 3 generations. The company was started off doing commercial hotels and restaurants. However with Matt’s extensive knowledge and experience in water treatment, the company has focused the last few years on residential water treatment, plumbing, and bathrooms. The company has really thrived the last few years and employs some of the best in the business. Until recently we have been only known by referrals and word of mouth, we don’t leave a job until you are 100% satisfied, our word of mouth business speaks for itself.

Meet the Business Owner

Matt G.

Business Owner

Born in 1979 in Baltimore, and raised in Maryland, Matt has been involved in the plumbing and water trade his entire life. His father, grandfather, and extended family are all in the trade. Matt started out helping his father with well service in his summers off from school. After graduating he got a job working for a plumbing and water treatment company in Annapolis. Where for 6 years he learned everything about plumbing and water treatment, even attending classes and seminars across the country to become an expert in the field. In 2004 he went to work with his brother doing commercial plumbing in hotels. Matt grew tired of the traveling and after 3 years returned to his roots in Maryland. He worked for a subcontractor for just over 3 years doing residential plumbing, bathrooms, and water treatment. Soon word of mouth of Matt’s outstanding workmanship and customer service grew. With so many requests for his services, Matt founded Greer Water Works in 2011.
