C & R Electric, Inc.

We were very pleased with the work C&R Electric recently did in our home. Although their quoted price was not the lowest, we were most impressed with their demeanor and professionalism in giving the estimate. They answered myriad questions, explaining every aspect of this somewhat complicated project. We had a total of 22 recessed LED lights, a ceiling fan, two outdoor lighting fixtures, and under cabinet LED lights installed. Denny and Chase, the crew who did the installation, went out of their way to ensure things were done to our total satisfaction. They went above and beyond when installing the ceiling fan. I believe a lesser electrician would have given up on this complicated effort, but Denny assured me he wasn’t leaving until the fan was installed. He was true to his word. He and Chase worked through the problem and did a beautiful job on the installation. The only hiccup in the project was the under cabinet lighting. The materials their manager provided proved inadequate, so I ordered some supplementary wiring and actually installed these LED lights myself. Denny’s advice on how to do it properly was invaluable. Overall, the rating should be 4.5. Their dedication to good work, their professionalism, and their customer concern put them well ahead of the other companies who gave us estimates. We will recommend C&R without hesitation, and will use them again if and when the need arises.
