Eunice was our waitress and she was horrible. No smiles, not friendly. Very standoffish. She just comes up and says«ladies first» when we just sat down and started looking at the menu assuming we were ready to order without asking? She also told my girlfriend that if the food is cold she could microwave it… But okay, the food was good I will say that but I ordered my bacon crispy and she brings us the food but no bacon and walks away. Comes back 5 minutes later and I said I ordered bacon also she says«yup» not a sorry it’s coming out or were waiting on it just said nothing about it and left. Came back with my bacon and it was black like cmon. I ordered it crispy not burnt. Anyway, won’t be coming back. I can’t stand glen burnie enough but this bob Evans is bad. The cooks are good like I said but overall just a disappointment.

I keel giving them a chance because we are so close I don’t want to drive to Pasadena or Linthicum but my goodness. Everything I eat here lately and get baked goods they are not fresh and my kids end up with gastrointestinal issues. Not cool! I love the chain but definitely not this location.

Trash. The entire staff were rude and arrogant. I came here after a wedding and you could tell the staff could not comprehend anything. No food order was placed correctly and our main server with a nice neck tattoo should be fired. No professionalism at all. The only high point was when we got our food an hour later it was very good. Kudos to the cooks.

What’s not to like about Bob Evans? It’s a big chain that has mastered the art of sending people through their restaurant to enjoy their country breakfasts. We arrived on a busy Sunday morning, and were led to our table after only a short wait. They have a lot of choices, so many that ordering can be more complicated than it should be. I ordered one of the standard breakfasts which came with my choice of everything. So eggs(sunny side up, beautifully cooked), sausage(hard to resist bacon, but if you’re at Bob Evans you should get their sausage), home fries(was actually leaning towards hash browns, but I knew they’d do better with my eggs), and hotcakes(with blueberries– whoops, extra charge, thanks for letting me know that when you asked, waitress, not that I blame you for my inobservance.) The hotcakes came on their own plate, which instantly made it hard to fit anything on the table. The food was cooked perfectly and came out quickly. The check is brought to the table, but you pay up front, a style that always confuses me even when the register for such is marked(as it wasn’t here.) There is also a case up front for purchasing some of their baked goods to take home, as well as a take-out counter. If you want breakfast and can wait for it at busy times, Bob Evans is always a nice, sterile, corporate option.

Excellent meal! Kelly was our server and he was beyond fantastic. He’s funny and very down to earth. Our food was out in ten minutes and was correct and hot. Everything was clean and well maintained. We won’t hesitate to return the next time we are in town!

We are regulars at Bob Evans, but this was our first time at this particular location. We went to Bob Evans on Memorial Day at about 11AM. We knew it would be busy, and we expected to wait. However, we were seated within 10 minutes. Service was prompt despite being busy. The shift manager helped to cover for the busy waitresses. The food was, as usual, solid but not spectacular.

I don’t know, it is Bob Evans, you get what you expect, the service was good and everyone was polite, the food is cheap and average. No bad experience for a large chain breakfast place to fuss about, just know what you are getting into.

Service was quick, food took all of 5 minutes to receive and it was all piping hot. Was charged for substituting the links for bacon, pancakes were tiny and well overpriced. Food was generally fairly good. We went in on a snow day, so they only had about 4 other tables. Fast service was expected. Probably won’t be returning, instead will be trying other local places that aren’t chains.

Although, Bob Evans is not my favorite, it’s really not bad so I don’t know what are people complaining about. Peaceful dining and homemade dinner for 3 course starting at $ 10; it is not something you should frowned upon. Bob Evans is not a classy name but classic in homemade cooking; its customers are average joe who are satisfied that eating out should not cost a lot of money. We ordered steak and mashed potatoes, and potato crusted flounder with steamed broccoli for our main dishes; soup, sundae were really good. The homemade dessert loaf was one of a kind — unlimited bread of different flavors is included. and don’t forget to have something to drink like flavored iced tea and lemonade. Are you crazy, not to try Bob Evans. Respectable service is there. So who are you to think that their food is only for senior citizens and low income customers?

Had no problem at this Bob Evans because we actually got in usually this one is so crowded we bypass it but we got lucky this time. Food was good especially the 3 course meal for $ 9.99.They have a nice variety and you can order breakfast anytime thats a plus. Waitress was ok, she was friendly but then when I needed like extra salad dressing or butter I had to get up and ask someone else cause she was no where to be found overall ok experience

Minuscule pancakes and cold sausage make for a crappy breakfast, but the biscuit was good

I guess diner experiences vary but I love Bob Evans. I have been to several and this particular location many times. I have had a great meal every time I’ve been here. I only get breakfast so my review is solely based on that. The service is always good, even when crowded. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for a table. The food is always fresh, hot, timely and well prepared. Tasty, well prepared food at a good value. That’s about all that really needs to be said.

I’ll never go back to iHop or Denny’s again. Good breakfast options, good service, and additional products for service. You may have to wait a bit(not long) b/c it gets crowded

This place sucked. Order was late late. Half was served cold. Not on a dare would I come back. I am being kind. I would give it zero stars if I could. They did take $ 20 off our order, big whoop. We were a party of 5 adults and 2 kids, we all ordered breakfast. They were not that busy and an group was seated after we ordered that was 6 adults and 1 kid and they recvd their food 25 minutes before we did. I am not a fan of my local Bob Evans due to service and poor quality of food. I had hoped that this one was better. WRONG. Horrible experience. Couldnt find the comment cards to send back to the home office, how convienent.

Place was not busy and waitress came right over. However after we ordered we waited almost a half hour for an omelet for me, and scrambled eggs with home fries for him. WHEN we FINALLY got our breakfast, it did not come with his home fries or his side of sausage. We waited– and waited-and waited-and waited. I finished my 3 egg omelet and grits and then we decided to call the manager over to see where the rest of his breakfast was. The waitress FINALLY brought it over– COLD! Jeez, needless to say his meal was free. The manager was very nice and apologetic… but it was not worth it.
