I wish I had come to Unilocal to read the reviews on this place. I bought a 2014 Nissan Altima on 1÷5÷2015 with 14k miles on it… yesterday 6÷7÷2016 I had to have it towed to the Nissan Dealership to discover I need a transmission and the car only has $ 29k miles on it. How does a 2014 car need a transmission already… and found out the car had been in an accident prior to me purchasing it, although the CarFax report doesn’t list that, but I’m not sure if all repair shops report to CarFax, but this car is a lemon. To say I’m upset is an understatement, but do yourselves a favor BYPASS THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

This place was terrible. I spoke in the phone to a representative to verify that a vehicle would be in stock and available for purchase. I told him I would be there in 30 minutes and he said that the car was there and would be waiting. Drove all the way out to find that the salespeople were all clueless, and the car wasn’t even at the lot. Then the guy goes back inside and comes to tell me it had been sold. Really?!? Idiots. Totally wasted our time and had no professionalism whatsoever. DO NOT COME HERE.

The salesman I was dealing with at Glen Burnie was not very knowledgeable and was definitely inexperienced. He didn’t know anything about the car I was interested in, had trouble finding other models that I had viewed online and so on.
Their pricing isn’t bad, definitely market value for everything that I’ve checked out. The staff though.. Whew. After haggling a little bit with this and that, haggling with the wife about whether to buy the car, they tried the old ‘let’s send our other salesman in to grab the keys and pretend we’re about to sell the car trick.“
After getting them down to the price I wanted to pay, that’s when they tried that little tactic which I felt they were insulting my intelligence.
After that little debacle, I basically asked them to drop another 1000 off the price and that was my final offer.
I approached Stefon to talk money with him and he was just totally rude. Arrogant. Never looked me in the eye when speaking with me. I made my last offer just to see if they’d budge again and he declined. Unless I find a car here that fits what I want for a good price, milage and so on… I won’t buy from here. Terrible people skills and customer service.

Wish there was a way to give a lower rating. Maybe a minus 5 would work. What a joke it was dealing with these con artists. Truck was available 30 minutes before they closed. I drove an hour and a half the following morning to buy the truck. I even spoke with the salesman on our way. I didn’t even want to haggle on the price. It was exactly what I had been looking for. When we got there and I found the sales man I spoke with the night before he couldn’t find the truck. Then the manager came over and he pulled out a list of in stock vehicles. The vehicle I had wanted was not on it. I went to my truck and got a print out of their website and showed them the truck with the stock number. This is the truck stock number that I had given the sales man the night before and he said it was on his lot. Then all of a sudden they said that the truck sold the night before. Now remember I talked to them 30 minutes before they closed the night before. I could explain the next 4 hours but, it was just that bad. This is the reason Unilocal exists.

I went to buy a 2003 Ford F150 here on July 1, 2013. It was a beautiful truck with exactly what I wanted: a v6 engine and manual transmission. I discussed possible ways of financing with the finance manager. At first he told me I could not get a loan and that my trade-​in would likely not cover down payment. Suddenly, two men were out on the parking lot checking out my truck. These two men miraculously offered enough money to cover the down payment on the F150. I asked the finance manager that I was negotiating with if he knew the two men who offered to buy my truck. He said ‘no’.
The finance manager got very loud and insulting with me. I walked out.
Great selection of vehicles. But would not recommend.
