Meet the Business Owner

Mark, Alan, Dave H.

Business Owner

Mark and Alan purchased the Aunt Sarah’s Restaurant on Brook Road in late, 2012. More recently they have partnered with Dave Verell, who owns a Dip n Dots franchise based in Charlottesville and has owned a couple restaurants in the past; together they have also purchased the Broad Street location. Mark and Allan have owned a concession business called «Two Kings Concessions» for several years. They have made their name in the concession world with great kettle corn, funnel cakes, pork chop sandwiches, etc. Both Mark and Alan have many years experience in the restaurant business and have owned or managed other restaurants over the years. They are looking forward to continuing the great name of Aunt Sarah’s while new, exciting changes!
