Eagle Window & Door

Eagle Window and Door replaced a large bay window that was heavily damaged in Hurricane Irene last year. The salesman was polite, responsive and eager to help out however he could. When I visited the showroom with my young children in tow, the office staff didn’t bat an eye and were there to help me pick what we needed every step of the way. Thank goodness, because I know nothing about residential window products.
We ended up needing a rather unusual unit, as of course our existing 70s era window was a custom size and construction that is no longer readily available. They gave me several options to choose from and explained the pros and cons of various glass assemblies, construction materials, screens, latches, panes… pretty much everything you never wanted to know about your windows. We ended up getting a bay window that was basically cream of the crop as it is the largest window in our home.
I was not around for the installation, but my husband monitored it extensively. The old unit was removed and the new one installed over the course of two days. He said the installers were also extremely polite and a very hard working team. They took the time to protect garden plantings directly beneath the window being replaced, which was really sweet on their part.
What really made a difference to us, was how seriously the Eagle Window and Door team take even the little details. Case in point, our bay window was supposed to come with screens so the little side windows could open. It was delivered without screens. When my husband mentioned this to the installer, the company owner swung by to drop off screens and to ensure my husband was happy. In this day and age, it was a really nice gesture and showed his concern for a happy customer.
