This place barely fits the definition of a library. It has books, but the similarities pretty much cease there. «Patrons» talk loudly to each other and on their cellular phones and routinely play music or videos on the computers! The other half of this place is filled with small children behaving like they’re in a daycare center. Avoid this place at all costs if you actually want to be able to read something. Somebody should really do something to shape this place up!
