Truly an amazing place for all of the wrong reasons. Most foods are deep fried. The beer selection is mainly kiddie beers for children. My waitress did not know what beers were sold. I ordered a hamburger, medium. I was told that the restaurant only cooks well done hamburgers and nothing else. It is a quiet Tuesday night. From the time I placed my order to the time the food arrived was 40 minutes. The hamburger was only about 6 maybe 8 ounces at best. The burger and one beer plus tip set me back $ 17. I won’t be back, I find it ballsy that they only cook hamburgers one way. Avoid at all costs.

Service is very poor and whatever you order will come out overcooked, undercooked, or any which way EXCEPT the way you ordered it. Have given them a try 5 times over 2 years and every time the experience was awful. Stay away from them unless you want to throw good money away on lousy food and service.

Some of the freshest food in Glasgow. Good place for a beer at the bar. Always clean and friendly service. The food is always hot too. I’ve eaten here about 7 times.

Visited here 2 days ago while on vacation visiting family in this area. The place was not busy. Our server was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked back with us several times during our meal. However, the food was not good at all. I had the chicken tenders and fries. I can’t remember ever having such tough and rubbery chicken tenders before. Even cutting them with a very sharp knife was a challenge. My food was not very hot either. My husband had the ribeye, and it was a very thin steak. I’ve never seen a steak that thin before. When our family heard that we had eaten there, they said they did not have a good experience either. Nothing there to make me want to go back.

Not good. Slow service, mediocre food. We recently ordered one of the«12 lunch items in 12 minutes or less». Took 30 minutes to get food. Grilled turkey sandwich had 2 slices of paper thin meat straight from the deli. French fries were warm, but tasted like they had been reheated in microwave. This was my third time at the restaurant. Have yet to have a good meal. The owners should spend some time at gondolier to view how to run a restaurant.
