History

Established in 1982.

Norm started cleaning carpet in March of 1982 in Chelan Wa. and in the Methow Valley in North Central Washington. After 23 years at that location Norm and family relocated to Medford Or. where we operated our business for seven years. We loved the Medford area but the addition of grandkids to the family brought us to the Portland area to be near more of our family members. I’ve been here for two years and am getting used to the area. I love cleaning carpet and enjoy pleasing my clients who usually turn into friends. My focus is on quality workmanship and receive great satisfaction for a job well done and the «wow» comments I receive.

As business owner you wear all hats representing all the details of owning and operating a cleaning business. Norm is and has been a registered member of the IICRC for many years. IICRC stands for Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. They sponsor education and training and set industry guidelines for cleaning the various textiles and fabrics on the market. Norm has spent many hours and days in class and is certified in numerous areas of cleaning. Continuing ed. is required to remain a member. Married to the same fine lady for 43 years we have one son and 2 grandkids. When you call you will probably hear my wife Candy answer the phone.
