Where customers and service are managed in real time. Once a reservation is guaranteed an email confirmation sent. Passenger receives a courtesy call the night before the scheduled pick up to insure accuracy and check for any last minute changes. The day of, your trip is assigned to your driver we begin G.P.S. tracking to make sure the driver arrives on location on time. Your vehicle is never shared and only passengers in your party are transported with your group. Funding is managed at time of booking minimizing drivers handling payments, therefore making you, the passenger the focus and not the fare. When picking up from the airport your driver will be waiting at the baggage claim for you holding a sign with your last name on it. After all members of your party are safely boarded in the vehicle it’s time to go! Elite adheres to an unparalleled standard of customer care that most transportation companies have long since abandoned. For example, some of the other companies permit driver and passenger to smokers in service vehicles, a major issue for a lot of travelers today, something in which Elite has a zero tolerance. Our drivers are background checked and DOT certified (unlike most other companies) and we are one of the few Ground transportation providers with that certification.
